Is anybody else having problems using Netflix with the Amazon fire TV stick?

We have the basic £34.99 version and at times the picture seems to either judder, the sound drops out or it backs out of the programme you're watching. ometimes logging you out completely and going back to the home screen.
I've had no problems with that account using everything from a PS4, BT YouView box and a cheap and cheerful laptop.

The same stick doesn't seem to have any issues with Amazon Instant Video.

I've had the picture judder and sound problems before. Re-booting the stick seems to cure it, for a while at least. I cancelled Netflix because of the smart DNS blocking, so this is going back a month or more.

Perhaps it's a daft question but is it simply a case of unplugging for a few minutes or is there any other procedure to follow?

Go into Settings > System > Restart. Also I think pressing the play and the big round select button simultaneously for 5 seconds or so will also do it.

Make sure you're running the latest version of the Netflix app too.
