Talk Talk to use 1800MHz after 10 years of lying vacant for Femtocells
Talk Talk are to finally use their small holding of 3.3MHz on 1800MHz for 4G after 10 years of lying vacant. This will be used for Femtocealls and can deliver of 16Mbps at up to 60 metres.

Presumably they'll still need an MVNO deal with someone for out of home coverage

So the network is more likely to rely on people being within range of these femtocells in order to provide a 4g coverage.
