Sharon Osbourne's X Factor Return Hits Setback

Quote:
“Simon Cowell faces an almost impossible task bringing Sharon Osbourne back to The X Factor – because she is double booked in the US. The popular former judge is *expected to return this series in a judging panel shake-up. But she’s also a fixture on The Talk, which airs every week day in the US, the Sunday People reports. The potential clash will mean Sharon, 63, is forced to constantly fly back and forth to the US to fulfil both commitments.

An insider said: “She’s an incredibly determined woman, as everyone *involved in The X Factor knows – but this looks *almost impossible.” And a US TV source said: “Sharon is going *nowhere from The Talk – she’s a huge part of that show and is very much *expected to remain.”

Reports of Sharon’s *return to the show have pleased her fans, who believe her stint alongside Dannii Minogue , Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell, which ended in 2007, was a golden era.

But the insider added: “Doing both shows at the same time will be really gruelling for Sharon, and it’s hard to imagine how she can fit it all in. “Obviously The X Factor haven’t confirmed her return yet but the logistics are going to play a major part in the final stages of talks.”

Sharon was one of the show’s original judges in 2004. She has said she would never work with Cowell again and had a massive fall-out with Dannii. But her feud with the boss has since been smoothed over and the pair enjoyed dinner *together in Los Angeles with Louis Walsh, who is also *rumoured to be returning. A source said at the time: “Simon invited Louis and Sharon to see if it was still the same as before. Louis is determined for Sharon to take the job. He has made it a big part of his decision to come back and has urged Simon to persuade her.””

Hopefully she doensn't make a return to XF. I can't stand her and she's part of the past. It would be great also, when that means that Louis isn't coming back without Sharon.

Well this is good news. I'm not a fan of hers.

Make up your mind - in this post Sharon is unlikely to return and in your other post (posted 4 minutes earlier) she has already made a verbal agreement with the contracts to be signed as soon as Judge 4 is agreed. So which is it?

I didn't write the articles, I just posted them. No need to be rude

I hope the stories about Sharon and Nicole are true and they can't return, they should ditch Louis as well and try out new judges.

It's a joke that they keep rehashing the same faces over and over again, they aren't going to do anything for the show.

When they've tried new faces in the past, it hasn't worked so well. When they have brought judges back, it has temporarily helped. Last year was a disaster, they would just be repeating that allover again with more new faces. If either can't come back, I'd like to see Mel B get another shot, although I'm not sure if she'd work well alongside Sharon.

Bringing back old faces do people really think that will make a difference I suspect pensioner panel would just chase away the limited remaining young audience they have.

I would imagine about 4 million a show just

Well they brought in 2 new judges last year and it didn't exactly do wonders either.

When Simon needs someone on the show he knows he should ask Kelly Rowland. They worked really good together on the us Version.

Add another zero onto her pay cheque and she'll be on that plane like a shot!

It's bloody tiring even when she gets to travel first class. Also, the Talk is 5 days a week. Dancing With the Stars is one day a week. Are you sure that Alan what's his name travels to LA as well? I am sure he could tape his voiceovers and email them over.

I've said this all along. CBS let her do it as a one off in 2013. They're not going to like it if she does it again.
