I got the dreaded 0843 missed call the other day. As I am on Vodafone I panicked that I had been charged hundreds of pounds I phoned Vodafone to check I had not been charged. I was sort of reassured that everything was ok. I thought I would check my Vodafone account a couple of days later and could not believe Vodafone had charged me £6.83 for the call to customer services. They said this is a known fault with there system so if you have called Vodafone customer relations on a 03 number might be an idea to check your un billed usage
