Sorry I couldn't find the MKS forum!

But on Instagram i just realised that Mutya and Keisha dont follow each other!?

They both follow Siobhan, i knew everyone has given up hope on MKS but do you think this is a sign that it really is never going to happen?

I think MKS is over, but with just no confirmation.

Think it is silly to give up after one poor charting single though, which imo was a weak track and didn't have a lot of promotion

They have always been a group of bitchy girls.

When Mutya first left Keisha said in several interviews what a problem Mutya had been, that she wrote not one lyric on Taller Than More Ways but because they always split it 3 ways she got a cut, that Mutya hated Heidi and treated her like shit for the entire time and that 'Amelle' just felt right and the that line up was the best yet.

They are so 2 faced that its no wonder nothing came from the reunion. It was all about money, nothing else.

I was so excited for this groups album as their voices and sound is amazing . I'm abouslty gutted that nothing eventuated . Not even the album which was apparently ready .

Least have the decent to tell the fans what is going on then silence .

From the videos , I always got the impression that Keisha and sihioban were very passionate about this project. Where as Mutya, her tone and body language , always seemed like she didn't care about it and didn't wanna be there . So I think mutya did it more for the money to finance her partying ways .

YES! Mutya always seemed like she was just along for the ride, no real passion, but then if you look at Mutya she always seems like that!

Oh really? Well maybe something is trying to happen, just weird they don't follow eachother on insta, Mutya doesn't even follow the MKS page I believe.

I love the Sugababes but I'm not surprised they have split again, a lot of crap happened has happened over the years and they did well to try and put it all behind them and start again; the bullying, exclusion, mud slinging in the press and interviews etc. There was obviously just too much water under the bridge to make it last combined with poor sales which would have dwindled Mutya's interest quite a lot.

Thats probably the last attempt of a Sugababes reunion we will have for quite a few years.

They haven't split. Keisha is trying to get the Sugababes name rights but they belong to Crown Management currently. She has filed some stuff Trademark stuff and Crown have to prove that they have enough evidence to use the sugababes brand. It's a long winded process and is taking some time.

They aren't with Polydor records anymore. The guy that signed them left his position ages ago, and apparently things went a bit sour after that with the new team they had.

Fingers crossed we hear the album. Whether its the songs from the tour or brand new ones. They need to be heard!

The thing I don't understand is why they are so focused on getting the name. Flatline didn't flop because it didn't say Sugababes on the cover. A new single won't perform better because it does. They've put their entire career on hold for two years over a brand that has been described as toxic and not needed by the girls themselves. They went through two or three management teams from announcing the reunion until the end of their 2013 tour.

It all just seems so unnecessary. They should have continued to release music after Flatline as MKS. Were four months away from the 3rd anniversary of the song and other than leaks and a six date tour, that's all we've heard. Pull it together

Did the Sugababes themselves ever actually admit they'd split up or are they still stating they are on a break? It must be at least six years now since they released any new material, the last I remember of them was Wear My Kiss which seemed to be quite B popular on release.

I think the fake-babes will never happen again (Heidi-Amelle-the other one that can actually sing). I don't think a record company has any interest in them.

Plus there seems to be bad blood with Heidi and Amelle Vs Jade (if that's her name ).

Whilst record companies must be fighting themselves stupid trying to get their hands on MKS with their 10,000 selling, #50 smash hit single

I'm going to wait by the end of this year and if there is nothing , then it's 100% over .

It's such a shame because they make great music . Flatline was a nice track but the promo was beyond poor.

If it was going to happen then it would have by now. The name is not that important. You can make sure people know who you are through promotion without the name

And look at the sales for the last single.....Who would sign them with that low a following these days

All Saints haven't had a hit from their new album but the album still went top 3.

And three weeks later is at #68 and has sold less than 14,000 copies.

03 - 9,268
24 - 3,056
68 - Less than 1,469.

Hardly a glowing representation of an album doing well without a hit single.

You don't think that if 'Flatline' had been promoted as the new single from the Sugababes it wouldn't have done better?

The reason why M, K, and S might want to use the name Sugababes is because it is much easier to promote than MKS to the general record buying public. It's a name with a major back catalogue and M, K and S were the original Sugababes. Fighting over who owns a band name isn't new, consider Pink Floyd and Bucks Fizz for example.

Also, 'Flatline' was actually a very good record irrespective of its chart position. So Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan can make good music.

I think if I was drawing up a list of reasons why Flatline did just that, not having Sugababes branding would be quite far down the list. I don't think it would have done much better, if at all, if it had Sugababes on it. It didn't even do well among Sugababes fans

And I know Flatline was a good song irrespective of sales. I brought up MKS' sales in response to somebody saying a record label would have no interest in the Sugababes. Just pointing out MKS aren't exactly a record labels dream either.
