If the leak of the case suggests an expansion port on the back, I wonder if there will be some interesting add-on accessories, or a better designed secondary battery than that hideous thing created when Jony Ive was on holiday?

This thread is awesome......
![]() I would love wireless charging on my iPhone 7. iWarpDrive would be nice too but I can't see that before 2020 frankly.... Oh and hey, what if each iPhone 7 came with a free girlfriend (you know, if you needed one). That would solve everything.... |

This thread breathes in and out more than 3G. Every time some mentions girlfriends it loses 3 pages!

The weird thing is that post 6 is still there after I reported it several days ago.
It's almost as though Stiggles' theory about the mods deleting reported posts without reading them and making a case by case judgement call was a crock of ****. |

Every new iPhone has features I can't live without. That's why I always upgrade every year. So nothing new here, just a commitment from Apple to continuing driving forward on the innovation that the rest of the industry follows.

Post 6 had a sense of humour. Nought wrong there. An everyman post it was.
If the mods really did just remove every lost that was ever reported, without actually bothering to read it first (as Stiggles imagined) it would have been deleted. I'm sure If Stiggles reads this he'll have the good grace to concede he was wrong on this, if nothing else. |

It's almost as though Stiggles' theory about the mods deleting reported posts without reading them and making a case by case judgement call was a crock of ****. This place is well known for the mods deleting posts without actually looking at the context as to how it started. People have had normal innocent posts about things like the weather deleted by accident as the mod didn't read it properly. To be honest, you cant really expect them to read through everything to see how it did start going by the size of this place. For you to report a post that just says 'bluetooth earphones' as a 'test' and expect that to have been deleted is just plain foolish. You knew perfectly fine what i meant. But as always you had to drag it on and attempt to prove a point. |

That there was nothing wrong with it was kind of the point. (Although that was post 5, not post 6.)

And lets be honest, wasting the mods time to prove your infantile point could get you a ban. So not really a smart move is it? |

As above. And no, i wont concede i was wrong. Fact is you probably didn't report it like you reported the other posts that offended you here....
And lets be honest, wasting the mods time to prove your infantile point could get you a ban. So not really a smart move is it? You claimed that the mods remove any reported posts without reading them to determine whether or not they actually warrant being removed. I reported post 6, which wasn't removed. Because, obviously, the mods reviewed it and determined there was nothing wrong with it. So, whether you have the grace to concede as much or not, you were wrong. Maybe I will get a ban. I guess its a fine line between causing trouble, and trying to nip something in the bud to prevent the same thing happening over and over. |

Well maybe if people didn't keep posting such arrogant nonsense, they wouldn't keep getting called out on it.
I love how you sit perched up there thinking that you destroyed me here because you chose the simplest post on this whole forum, allegedly reported it (which I don't think you did anyway) and nothing happened! The only arrogance one here is you!! But while we are on about it, can you explain to me since you know everything, why people on here have had posts removed for no reason? Entire threads sometimes locked because someone reported it only for it to be reopened later when the mods did look at it properly? Try hanging about in general discussion and you will see what I mean.. |

No - of course you won't concede anything, because you never do.

Keep getting called out on it?!! Brilliant!! You are absolutely notorious on here for ignoring people when they call you out on the nonsense you post!! Like you ignored my other post on this page....

Try hanging about in general discussion and you will see what I mean.. You were the one claiming that reported posts were removed by default, simply for being reported. And that that was somehow evidence that posts removed in this thread were actually perfectly acceptable despite being removed. That I reported post 6, and it wasn't removed confirms that is not the case. I don't know why you don't think I did, when I have told you I did - so now you're calling me a liar? I suppose you have to think that, as the alternative is you being wrong. (You don't happen to have OCPD by any chance?) I don't claim to know everything - but I would be pretty sure that any posts removed from this thread were removed for good reason. If other threads have several posts removed, and some later reappear, I would imagine that the mods remove several, review what was and wasn't acceptable, and reinstate any that they deem not to have crossed a line. Why you feel the need to continue to argue that they were not, I have no idea. Why you can't politely agree that maybe some posts were a bit offensive, and that was why they were removed, I have no idea. That you seem to prefer to twist and turn and try to convince yourself that innocuous posts get removed because the mods don't bother, or are incapable of deciding what is and what isn't acceptable speaks only of your arrogance, not mine. Either way, the fact that posts removed from this thread have not since been reinstated should suggest that they were inappropriate / offensive. |

Oh for goodness sake. Its not about "destroying" anyone. I don't know why so much on the internet and forums has to use such over the top language. And I don't know that you having a bee in your bonnet about me makes me "notorious". That I pretty much always bother to reply to people is probably half the trouble.

The above is a test post to gauge at what point Calico goes into tell the teacher mode.

But I was suggesting that the iPhone 7 will have a firmer bottom than the 6S.

No post was offensive. They were jokes that were amusing. Thats just fact. You have a history with being offended on here. They were removed because you reported them.
Please don't bother to reply to me as i'm done with your inane and boring posts. Can i suggest you go out and do something. I'm off to meet the wife for a meal..... Why else do you think they removed it? Because we've since established that they don't just remove any post that gets reported. That's the difference between us - if I posted something that someone took offence to, and the mods removed it, I'd probably realise that I had maybe crossed a line. I wouldn't be so arrogant as to keep insisting that it couldn't possibly have been remotely offensive, and that if the mods did remove it, it must have been for some reason other than them agreeing it was a bit offensive. And no, I don't have a history of anything - you need to stop mistaking your view of things as some sort of objective consensus. My view is that you posting style is extremely arrogant and prickly, which others have also thought. I wouldn't start talking about you being notorious for anything though. What is it with you and your wife by the way? That's not the first time you've dropped that sort of reference in here. Are people supposed to be impressed that you have a wife to go out with? Are you trying to insinuate that you have a better social life than others because you just happen to be going out later? I hate to break it to you, but I'm sure you're not the only person posting here who has a wife to go out with sometimes. Heck, even I'm out three nights this week with mine. If that's relevant somehow? And don't feel you need to justify yourself to anyone. I'm sure no-one would think any less of you if you didn't have a lovely wife, or didn't happen to be going out for a lovely meal together. |
