A work of genius. The same timeless, ethereal euphoria found in the very best disco records.

I quite like Justin Timberlakes songs and really like this. A good catchy pop song. I did think it sounded a bit like Olly Murs to begin with.

one of the summer hits for me.
A light hearted single which probably won't be the direction for the new album. The video is dreadful however |

Its a decent enough summery pop song but I don't really get the fuss. I do like JT but it's a bit meh imo

It's alright I suppose for that type of song, but it's nothing special. The video however is one of the worst I've seen in a long time - SO cringeworthy!

It reminds me a bit of when he did I'm lovin it, nothing wrong with the song as such but very commercial sounding.
Still good to hear his voice tho |

Everyone else hearing a different song to me.
It's very bland. Section into chorus is promising but chorus incredibly weak. And it comes across as a bit try-hard to me. Trying to be feel-good because it's Timberlake & it's got a Michael Jackson vibe |

Really like it. Extremely catchy.
And a nice change from most of the charts are offering - which seems to be either be dreary ballads-by-numbers, wannabe-dance or rap - which all honestly do nothing for me. Realise there's much more music beyond the charts but I always like to see some variety or something I like in there. It's nice to have some pop in the charts. It feels odd to say a song like this is 'different' but by being unashamedly pop and not trying to be something it isn't it probably does stand out from the rest of the stuff in the charts. |

Total ear worm for me. Its catchy the theme song from a animated movie, not meant to be a deep meaningful epic.

It's one of my favourite songs around at the moment. It's just a really uplifting piece of pop music that doesn't take itself too seriously.
It's been a bit frustrating for the last fortnight seeing Justin get so close to #1 in the midweeks then have it swiped away because the Official Charts Company seem to think Drake's streaming on a Thursday skyrockets and ends up at #1 on the Friday chart with a comfortable lead when they've been neck and neck all week?!!! ![]() As much as I'd love to see Justin finally make #1, I'm already resigned to thinking this will stall at #2 for a few more weeks and Drake will get 10 weeks (minimum) as the UK #1. |

Yeah I agree, it won't climb higher and the incredibly annoying Drake track will stay there for a few more weeks. It will probably stick around the top ten for a while though and will be on radio for a few more months. It's got a really fun, summer feel to it. Looking forward to his other tracks from the soundtrack and that fifth album next year.

I think its going to be the Get Up And Dance With Me of 2016. Never got to no1 but stays in the charts for months and months and months. Come end of year chart has sold more than no1s that came and went.

If it wasn't for the 'Drake-streaming' alone, Justin would easily have an official UK #1 by now.
But yes 'Can't fight the feeling' is one of my favourite tunes of 2016 so far. A worthy chart-topper if ever their was to be an official one. Gawd bless the Timberlake !

I must be the only one that's not a fan. I actually think it's one of the most boring songs he's ever done. Very bland and forgettable.

it has to be one of the worst songs in recent times, the fact that people like it just shows how easily pleased people are by such dumbed down music. Lyrics like "can't stop the feeling, dance dance dance" seriously? unorigional, uninspiring, get a few famous people in the video and people will lap it up. Can't believe this is the same guy that did "My Love" and "Like I Love You"

Unfortunately I can just see and hear the instrumental over Nigella Lawson or Lorraine Pascal draining the haricot verts or lighting the Christmas Pudding, it is also that kind of a tune

It's good although Rock Your Body is the only other song I like.
