I wouldn't be surprised if half of them didn't even know there was a second episode straight after, even if they did enjoy the first one - you know what audiences are like...

I enjoyed this, but it does need to get better on some of the pacing. Loved Enfields portrayal of Charles and thought the stars of the show were Fergies two daughters.

BTW, thought Haydn Gwynne looked a bit smokin' in that outfit for that fancy dress do.

I haven't seen her since her Drop the Dead Donkey days, although I am aware she's been in plenty of other things in the intervening years.

Only seen the first episode but I thought it was ok.

I liked the character of Camilla but I thought it may have been funnier if they got an older woman to play her.

I liked the way Harry was portrayed. In reality I suspect he's probably the most normal of the lot of them.

Odd choice of Morgana to play Pippa. You'd have thought they'd get a more of a model type such as Thaila Zucchi.
My favouites were Beatrice and Eugenie, especially at the fancy dress party

I did try to watch the two episodes on Friday night but felt the first 15mins of the first episode was alright and then dozed off for the rest of it.
I've just caught up with the rest of it today and I thought the first wasn't as bad as I initially thought. Some moments were LOL, some were meh and unfortunately there were more meh moment than LOL. That said I agree that the second one was better the first, so we'll see if it does get better as it goes along.

"Wills" and "Kate" have just been on BBC Breakfast. Never twigged that Louise Ford who plays Kate is Rowan Atkinson's girlfriend.

Watched ep2 last night and enjoyed it.

B&E are my favourite characters in it. Especially still with the face paint on. Reminiscent of Phoenix Nights?

I think Fergie is played too straight though.

It's a documentary right? Like W1A accurately represented the BBC.😁

I like it..appeals to my republican instincts.

Surprisingly I'm really enjoying the series! Tonight's episode was particularly good, when I read about it I initially thought it was going to be a bit of a safe send up of the royals, like that old sketch on Alistair McGowan's Big Impression, but they really don't seem to be afraid of pulling any punches. Not putting the queen in it was a good move since the queen has been very over parodied. Particularly enjoyed the stuff about Andrew!

Really liked tonight;s episode, I love Beatrice and Eugenie and the date with Fergie and Andrew was good. It's an easy watch and it's amusing me.

Beatrice and Eugenie are hilarious or rather their characters are, I'm enjoying the whole thing immensely now I have to say. Loved Wills and Kate in the pub.

Charles being the father of the 3 Degrees singers son was hilarious. "The one in the middle. Uh".

I absolutely loved it. I really like that they haven't gone down the "lookey likey" route..

Hadyen as Camilla is sheer brilliance.

Bee & Eugenie are hysterical, omg, their accents - they're my favourites.

Morgana is fab as pippa. Also think the "gypsy" reference is hysterical...(wonder what the Middletons make of that)

Did the actress playing Kate also play the Australian Prime Ministers daughter?

I really enjoyed it once again, a nice, easy half hour where you can switch off and laugh.

'The one in the middle'.

The Aussie barbecue was just hilarious - stereotypes can be such fun, especially with today's terminally offended brigade perpetually whining about everything and anything.

What I would like to know is if any of the real Royals watch it?

Absolutely loved it. Daft, simple, and hilarious.

All the cast are great IMO.

Indeed. That's one of the things I love; the silly stuff. Lesser, trendier, edgier comedies would have every single thing in the script be a "clever" reference to something in real-life.

...on a show where they've taken so much time and effort to be accurate; Australia does not have an embassy. it has a High Commission.

They've taken so much time to be accurate? Where? Is Kate really a gypsy?

I thought they were the weakest thing in it. Kate and Camilla the best. The bloke playing William is completely wrong though.

Overall I thought it was OK, nowhere near as good as Stellar Street used to be. A few good laughs but some that fell flat.

Nothing matches Stella Street, the greatest 15 mins after Nightnight ever.

Loving this show, I don't know how they get away with some of the jokes they say!, About time channel 4 put something funny on TV, I think I'm in love with Morgana Robinson (Pippa), what a hotty, my kinda woman.

They're such real life caricatures that it's probably easy to do them, very very funny though.

I'm enjoying the whole thing, especially evil Pippa
