That's only the two above, isn't it ? They seem more endearing in the programme than in real life. So, I doubt that they would laugh at themselves.

Their father insisted that they should have the titles of Princess. Most of the Queen's grandchildren were opted out of any titles, by their parents.

Camilla is being portrayed as more evil than in reality. Quite funny, though !!

I thought it was good in a crap OTT way which I assume it was supposed to be.

The guy playing Harry must be a shoein to play Boris Johnson in a few years time.

I think Charles would quite like it too.

The letters from "granddad" that get read aloud are quite, erm... colourful?

I love Beatrice and Eugenie too. They're hilarious. They're the best part of the show IMO. But Fergie is ace too! 'HELLOOO GIRLZZ!'

And when Fergie thought Beatrice and Eugenie were being radicalised and they said, 'no mummy, only people with low intelligence get radicalised!' And then the look on Fergie's face!

I love Camilla as the 'wicked stepmother:' the actress plays her brilliantly.

Re Beatrice and Eugenie though, I don't think anyone can make a judgement on them in real life, because nobody really sees them. They could be super nasty bitches, or lovely, sweet animal-loving kind hearted angels. We don't know.

I do actually like this girl who plays Kate and think she's quite sweet and pretty like Kate, and I do like her in the show. But I do agree that the 'gypsy' gag is a bit daft; it's one thing in the show that stops me from giving it a 10 out 10.

Also, I thought Kate being revealed as a murderer, because she killed someone in a street fight when she was a teenager was a bit of a daft unbelievable storyline too.

Odd choice of Morgana to play Pippa. You'd have thought they'd get a more of a model type such as Thaila Zucchi.

My favouites were Beatrice and Eugenie, especially at the fancy dress party ”

I think they got Morgana to play Pippa, because although she is OK looking, she isn't classically pretty like the girl who plays Kate. In real life, Kate is the prettier of the two sisters, so it makes sense to have a less pretty girl to play Pippa.

Harry is hilarious, and I enjoyed seeing that actor when he played Tomathy in Fresh Meat. All of them are good actually. I would like to see the Queen and Prince Philip in there occasionally though. And a bit more of Andrew. Maybe even a couple more Royal youngsters. (Like Edward's children lady Louise Windsor (12) and Viscount Severn (8.) They're kids, so could be portrayed as brats! ) And maybe we could also Edward's wife Sophie.

By the way, did the actor who play Prince William remind anyone else of Jimmy Carr on Friday night's episode?

He definitely does.

Ha ha, not just me then?!

He doesn't look like him much in general; he just really did on that show!

Kate is regarded as a commoner as she's not from aristocracy so they hammer that home by labelling her as a gypsy.

It's a common thread for gypsy/travellers to be involved in street fighting/boxing.

Hmmmm yeah I get that, but I just think they go on about it far too much.

Anyone notice that while most of the Royals are portrayed, the Queen herself is never even mentioned.

Seems a bit odd that she's not included. Is it out of respect? But then she's been targeted in other stuff like Spitting Image.

Neither of the senior royals are in this as the broad story (!) is about the succession plotting or abolition.

Ah well. As long as there aren't too many unbelievable storylines.

I'll look forward to this returning. The primary colour cartoony approach worked a treat.

That was so funny. The Royal Hunger Games, Prince Charles idea to build an eco friendly footmen pod, Kates big fat gypsy wedding dress, Beatrice reading Prince Philips expletive filled speech at the reception, Charles dancing to Prince Charming and Harrys graph comparing Kate and Pippas arses.

Why did they use a fuller-figured actress to play the part of someone with a nice arse? Or am I missing the butt of the joke?

They just picked 2 actresses who looked similar and resembled Kate and Pippa.

Great news that the show has been recommissioned. I hope next series we see more of Charles (Harry Enfield is so good at the impression I literally forget it's him), and Andrew too. But I think Edward was my favourite character of the series 'I haven't been this excited since I got into Cambridge with two Ds and a C!'

Loved this show. I hope a second series is made soon. Beatrice and Eugenie we're easily my favourites, I just loved their accents and the way the last word of every sentence was exaggerated! I also loved Pippa the party planner, "it was my idea to serve the tea in teacups" or something along those lines
