Loved this show. I hope a second series is made soon. Beatrice and Eugenie we're easily my favourites, I just loved their accents and the way the last word of every sentence was exaggerated! I also loved Pippa the party planner, "it was my idea to serve the tea in teacups" or something along those lines
I didn't even know Pippa had a party planning business before The Windsors! Those jokes really made me laugh. 'You're supposed to put the sandwiches on top of the trays, not underneath them!'

I just binge watched the entire series today (came across it accidently on the Ch4 app) and I absolutely love it! It's hilarious! I wonder do have any of the royals seen it/think it's funny?

I think my favourites are Beatrice and Eugenie. Them talking about having to get actual jobs, saying only people with low intelligence get radicalised and refusing to go to America as they had to watch Pretty Little Liars, Beatrice's first experience of having to work - personal favourites!

Camilla being portrayed as the wicked stepmother is absolutely GOLD. And of course Pippa mentioning her 'fantastic arse' at every opportunity Love Charle's obsession with being king too. And Philip's expletive letters

I'm delighted there's going to he a second series, it's genuinely funny!

So glad series 2 is already in the works, I was worried given the mixed reviews it wouldn't get renewed.

For a first series it was good enough for me. I love Hugh Skinner as Prince William. Can't wait to see him in series 2 of Poldark.

I missed the second half of series one of the windsors but catchup will help with that, but I hope a DVD will be available (maybe just in time for Christmas).

The Windsors Christmas Special is on Friday at 10pm. The trailer showing Charles morphing into Gollum is very funny.

Well, at least this one tells it like it really is, without the usual sycophancy.

Camilla, Beatrice and Eugenia usually steal the show but I thought Anne was also a great addition. I hope we see more of her in series two.

It was so funny. Princess Ann appearing all the time out of nowhere, the Ellie Goulding and Pippa big fight, Charles declaring war on the EU in his Christmas Day address and Jingle Bells in German.

caught up with this last night, top performances and loved Princess Anne - actress played a blinder

Best comedy on TV by a mile IMO.

I never saw any of the series earlier this year, as i usually hate anything to do with The Royal Family, even comedy related. But i caught this Christmas special and was blown away how funny it was.
Had to then watch the whole series on all4...... genuinely laugh out loud stuff.

There aren't that many funny sitcoms around at the moment (Citizen Khan, anyone?), but The Windsors is absolutely hilarious and Camilla and Pippa are absolute genius! Mind you, the German Jingle Bells is now stuck in my head!

It's so bonkers it's funny, they've gone all out on madness and it works.

Best Christmas show by far this year.

It was the women that stole the show for me. Princess Ann, Camilla, but mainly Beatrice & Eugenie.
The swearing made it even funnier.

Just caught up with the Christmas Special and loved it. Beatrice and Eugenie's No.1 song in Azerbaijan was great and the addition of Princess Anne as a Mrs. Danvers type character was inspired. It's as silly as the first season was and all the funnier for it.

Pippa "You can fight!"
Ellie Goulding "When your act's as bad as mine, you have to"

Roll on Series 2.

She was great - though the actress was pretty much just reprising her role as Gwen from "up the women"!!

Am I the only one who thought the Christmas special was rubbish compared to the series?

I do wish they'd feature the Queen, is there a legit reason why they don't? Spitting Image and 2DTV got away with it.
