Graham Norton's line was close to the bone, easy to say but she needs to laugh about it though (maybe she has since). The Caroline we saw on Strictly was down to earth, seemed to not take herself too seriously and was able to laugh at herself. I do realise what happened on XFactor was a big career setback and must have been hurtful for her.
Having had a look at her twitter I like that she's posted a red carpet pic along with the caption 'Wearing @halston jumpsuit last night, and I loved it, albeit quite hard to walk in . . . '
I really like Caroline as you know and it is frustrating when she posts emotional and sometimes cringeworthily intimate selfies. It does make her come across as unprofessional at times when I think she
is a good presenter full of personality. If I was a celeb I'd definitely have two sets of social media accounts, one personal for family and friends and on privacy lockdown, the other for professional purposes managed by someone else like you suggest Lou.
