Using Three in Sutton Coldfield

We're thinking of moving across Birmingham to Sutton Coldfield, but we've noticed an issue on our mobiles. We've been fiercely loyal Three customers for just about a decade now. I particularly love my tariff as I'm getting all you can eat data on a sim only tariff for £14.

Problem is, and we've noticed this where we've looked to move...the four oaks, butlers lane area, there is simply no signal at all. Just dies completely. It doesn't make much sense as the Sutton Coldfield transmitter is right there, and all other networks seem to work fine. I'm lucky if I get one bar of reception outdoors. Once I'm indoors the signal completely dies.

Anyone else out there have this issue, and know of any way to fix?

Hi. I'm familiar with the area and used to be on 3 too. Left because of the price rises not coverage. It is weak round Butlers Lane area, it's fine as you head towards Mere Green from memory (MBNL mast is pole at the Shell Garage)

Apparently this is an 800MHz area - do you have a phone that supports it either natively or via in touch? I can see 3 in band 20 round Four Oaks so there is definitely some.
