Really? I love Sharon, she's very fun, i thought she was great in 2013! She became quiet on the live shows but I reckon with Simon back it may add more tension, so hopefully she'll be more interesting this year..

The choice of panel seems quite at odds with trying to find the next big recording artist or whatever the tagline is.

The old panel is just going to give us a dated balladeer as the winner, who is generally forgotten about and sinks without trace

I disagree. Simon mentors mostly young acts on his record label whilst Louis manages a young boy group now (I think they're called hometown), Nicole's quite young if I'm being honest, and as for Sharon, I'm sure she can manage young acts.

Age won't stop any of them from producing a star.
