[Tiger Rag]

I have a Sony M4. I'm slightly deaf in one ear and have other hearing problems. But not severe enough for hearing aids.

Anyway, this is causing me a slight problem when sending and receiving calls. I can hear; but the sound isn't clear. I've talked to Virgin Media (my phone provider) who checked my phone settings and there's nothing more they can do. I've only had my phone for 3 months; so can't justify buying something else. Other than the sound not being overly clear, my phone is absolutely fine.

It has been suggested I could buy a bluetooth headset. I've never had one of these before and have no idea where to start. I've looked on the Sony website and am no clearer. I can see they do a noise cancelling one, which is the sort of thing I really need.

Budget wise - I don't have one. I just want to be able to use my phone.
