Yes i've noticed that too - don't like it I'm afraid.
Other chefs I've seen use a clean spoon - don't know about JC.
I don't think Gary has done his image any favours doing this show. He's gone way down in my estimation. I hate snobs, especially those who have no class themselves.

I've eaten food cooked by both. And JCN's was far, far superior to Gary's. That was also the opinion of my fellow diners.

Go Kellie, she's so in control, nothing seems to faze her. She has the capability to run a restaurant. You don't need to cook to run a successful restaurant, you just employ someone who can.

Yes. I'm not sure where the bitching and hostility came from in the Reds: Terry or the team. Kellie is more of a people person, I think.

Fair enough, but if you've only eaten from each once then you cant judge properly. You might also just prefer the kind of food JC does.
