Perhaps he could arrange for Cain, a length of rope. a chair and an overnight stay in a deserted barn and a piece of 4" x 4"?
I was lucky enough to be able to f/f the "Liv" scenes - you don't need to
hear her, the solitary facial expression tells you all you need to know.
I was interested last night that Robert seemed reluctant to accept, or go for, the hug and I was glad Aaron had the grace to apologize for thinking he "arranged" Gordon's death, but I still think it (the death) came too soon after sentencing. Also, he must have taken his will into prison for it's contents to be known so quickly....or perhaps Ms. Oates just wanted to do it all before she left?. If he
did take the will into prison, I wonder why he wasn't on suicide watch as it would indicate his mind was disturbed?
I thought the best scenes last night was Ashley, as the conflicted vicar. What a daft decision to get rid of John Middleton, but it does annoy me they couldn't be bothered to find a black and white "Tootsie" and a dog the same size as she was. This one is bigger. But a fitting send-off to such a legendary character.
Finally, why is Chas calling DS Wise by his first name?
