i think it's coz they really haven't discussed it yet... no acknowledgement and apology from robert... just a measly i shouldn't have said them UGGHH

and it's not even what he said... it's the fact he flung unto aaron's face every little detail about aaron's life and personality that aaron's shared with him (offscreen) aaron at least need a reassurance from him that this won't happen again given the new (historic) trauma in aaron's life that just came to light this year
Let's be fair: Aaron stood in front of a comatose Robert in hospital and wished him dead. Would he apologise for that?. I do like Aaron, but as his relationships progress I always feel sorry for his boyfriends (all three of them, or four if you include the ONS with Finn) - they all have to be totally receptive to Aaron's feelings, but he seems not to consider theirs at all. I still wish they had got Adam to become gay, because it might have been happier for Aaron, and if it got violent Adam can give as good as he gets.

Luckilly for me I am back down to work in a minute, so I can record tonights episode and F/F the ghastly Liv scenes. I imagine DS Wise will tell Superbrat that Gordon wasn't murdered by anybody.

oh right, thank you for the hints

Why would she want to do something that would cast doubt on Gordon's conviction? Even with Gordon dead if it gets out a false witness was paid people will start to doubt Aaron and convictions can still get quashed after the criminal has passed away
This!!!

You were right! You think he lost hope when Aaron smiled at him as he left the court?!

I think he knew Aaron was never going help him. I don't think this letter would have made one bit of difference- Aaron wouldn't have gone to see Gordon so he could be talked into backing down.

Robron finally had a decent convo but still no kiss if it was a straight couple they would have kissed.

I mean it was nice. Just nice. Nothing more. It wasn't really satisfactory. The specific issue of the letter and Aaron's gordon murder doubts were resolved, nothing more and that is simply not covering it is it realy. The 2nd scene you had what we've always had, them sitting on opposite ends of the couch, and in actually what was supposed to be a close and intimate scene. I'm sure there will be people who are pleased with it, which is fine, and it at least leaves things on a nicer note but really this is no defining moment/story point like most of the more positive people were quite convinced it would be. I'm not convinced it's really changed anything or marks any difference in how they will now be presented. That's just how i feel. I'm writing this having not looked at any other comments yet so don't know if this goes again the grain or not.

Not necessary.......I think ED have proved they are not afraid of showing same sex kissing......Personally I didn't feel it was the right time and place.....a hug was much more appropriate.

I think it was good and it would be wrong to be anything more in depth when Edna's funeral was the main SL.

I agree. It wasn't the right time and place or episode for a Robron kiss. In any case that hug was beautiful.
