Smoothie Recipes
Hi everyone
I've Just purchased a NutriBullet and wondered if anyone had some simple yet healthy smoothie recipes that would be good for a beginner? I've found a fair few here: http://www.findmeagift.co.uk/topics/...othie-recipes/ but wondered if anyone had any that only contained a few ingredients! Thanks!

My sons partner had a phase of making smoothies and her favourite one was this.
Put some strawberries, cut up banana, goats yogurt ( she can't have dairy) and some ice cubes into your machine, blend, pour into glass and there you are. Just four ingredients. Enjoy.

Frozen bananas and almond milk. Then put your favourite fruit or vegetables either fresh or frozen and blitz.

I've had a Nutribullet for a few years now and they really are fantastic. I always use frozen fruit as not only is it cheaper, but it also acts as ice cubes and makes it cold. My favourite is the following:
Frozen berries (strawberries, rasberries etc) Banana Spinach 0% fat Greek Yoghurt Ginger I also add Flax Seed and Chia Seeds but I know they're not for everyone. If I'm going to the gym I also add protein powder, |

My wife and I bought a Morphy Richards Smoothie Blender and we can't stop making them now. We use a mixture of fresh and frozen fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice and apple juice for the bases. Top up with a little water and see what comes out!
My favourite is: Orange juice Banana Blueberries Strawberry Kiwi 1/2 squeezed lime Crushed ice |

I got my Nutribullet via Ebay in November 2014 - It had only been used twice
>>>>>>>>>>>> & I paid just £43 for the whole Box of items We ![]() ![]() collected it from somewhere near Manchester To keep the calories down and have the benefit of consuming that much extra water and helping to feel satisfied between meals I will sometimes just use ** half a conference pear in the tall tumbler of water ** I also find that adding a banana can help make a drink become more enjoyable - especially if you are not too keen on any combo you have created Frozen berries and any pot of yoghurt ---- makes a lovely soft ice cream |

These are all brilliant thank you all- I do love the idea of using frozen berries instead of ice- means we don't have to use all the fruit quite as quickly, I hate waste!
