Red Curry sauce

I have a jar of Red Curry sauce, but the label is in Polish.
Do I add coconut milk ?
I'm thinking that because it's a sauce and not a paste, there is no need for coconut milk.

Hello

Coconut milk in polish is MLEKO KOKOSOWE so if that is on the listed ingredients you don't need to add it.

Oops ! I've just looked at the jar and it's actually GERMAN !
It's a 340g jar

Thanks alright.
German is KOKOSNUSSOL.
Two little black dots over the third O.

You should get the M&S Tai red curry sauce in future.

It's delightful.

I'd say have one ready to add eventually if you need it. If you can't tell by tasting it you don't need to add it

Yes, surely you just have to taste it to know. Even if it is a sauce and not a paste it still may benefit from extra coconut milk and other spices.

So true and they just put it into everything regardless of what you are cooking

Never mind the umlaut, these sauces of dubious foreign origin usually contain horrific amounts of fat, sugar and salt.

Didn't taste coconut milk but red curry sauce.

Yes, OP. You don't want to touch anything from Forn Parts. Our own jarred sauces are of course completely exemplary and free from anything artificial or bad for you.
