Where's the variety? Where are the comedians, magicians, impersonators, unusual unique acts? If there are any they buzz them before we get a chance to see them properly.

BGT is for those who are constitutionally challenged. Singers and dancers are favoured because they are easier to watch. It is a more sedate act. Get them to watch any act that puts their lives at risk and that actually needed the application of hard work on to perfect and the stomach of those who watch do things worthy of a BGT itself. They can't take it.

The latest episode was particularly bad wasn't it, loads of dance troupe acts we've seen many times before mixed with a few singers, there was just no variety and it was a pretty boring episode.

Have they had any comedians on BGT ? I believe Cowell is terrified of comedians in case they poke fun at him and he won't be able to respond in a funny way .

Comedians used to be a staple diet of that great talent show New Faces and some of the biggest names went on to have very successful careers like Les Dennis, Lenny Henry, Victoria Wood etc .

The show is called Britain's Got Talent - last I checked, being able to sing or dance was considered a talent. Acts shouldn't be written off the show because viewers have seen something similar before, providing the act still demonstrates talent. We'd run out of acts over the years if never-seen-before was a criterion for inclusion in the show. I get a bit bored of all the singing but I guess we just have to lump it because singing is a talent and, thus, fits the prerequisites of the show.

This Saturday's show was one of the most infuriating of all season, I couldn't believe how many song and dance acts there were. At least the really fit archer was good, also the chap on the rope was great, and the German woman with the puppets was entertaining, I guarantee this years winner will be a singer, how sad!
