That manic clapping woman has always creeped me out.

Tweenies controlling the app vote.

I'm backing Honey G to continue trolling the show if Saara loses out to the tinfoil tossers.

Honey G was surprisingly amazing imo

Poor Saara, but her being in the bottom 2 was inevitably with the tired, predictable and cliched song choice.

Not to mention the tired, predictable cliched public voting choices.

Ah well, another man will win and have absolutely no impact or even a decent single to speak of.

I haven't watched the X Factor properly in years and this demonstrates why. Saara was probably the best of the night yesterday!

Saara needs to learn to control her voice. She can be far too screechy.

She did it! I fear she may be eliminated next week but I hope she uses this opportunity to up her game a bit although personally I thought she nailed it last night.

Thank god she fended off Bratavio (whom I am convinced are actually just 2 straight guys trying to soil the public image of gay men)

Poor Saara doesn't have much luck when it comes to public votes

Well, she survived. Just. I can't wait to see which Motown classic she's going to scream her way through.

I gave all my app votes to Saara. A little sad she has 0 public support but things can change.

According to Emmilie De Forest herself she is writing songs for the UK: You Decide.

This is an interesting development.
As long as she doesn't just Xerox "Only Teardrops" again as she did for Anja NIssen in Denmark, I'll be happy.

btw, I could be totally wrong here, but I can't help but think she had a hand in the writing of Aura (Dione's) comeback song earlier this year, although I can't seem to find any info on the songwriters, so who knows.....it doesn't half sound like an MDF song to me though....

Hopefully that is her Ruth Lorenzo moment like she had with Purple Rain

But the theme is a mess for her so I'm sadly expecting her to be right back in that position next week </3

Saara was great in the Sing Off.

I hope we get to see her do something uptempo. No Fear proves she can handle it!

I'm actually glad she got to be in the singoff, she was too screechy and melodramatic last night but her singoff performance was incredible. Maybe she needs to stick to Sia songs, she seems to be good at them!

Yes! This! Hopefully she gets the boost from it, even my dad thought she was outstanding and he is not easily pleased!

Not according to this. Although I can hear why you'd make that connection.

I'm hoping for a Only Teardrops/Never Alone-esque stomper, it'd be the best thing we've had in yonks! Just have to hope the BBC actually goes with her song(s).

You're Not Alone sounded like it could've been in DMGP, so I'm not surprised we're linking up with the Danes proper.

Cheers for that Lisa, it's been bugging me since I first heard the song. Unless MDF is writing under an assumed name, it looks like she had no input then.

Aw thanks Steven, I dont think I've ever been more shocked in these contests! I thought I might scrape top 10, but just never expected to beat the forums favourite into first
