The tennis and Saara went well today at least.

There is a bar in Cardiff called Pulse that have featured every artist kicked out of X-Factor on the next Friday.

I've been waiting for Saara's poster to appear - looks like I will have to wait another week!

YAY SAARA!

Wow she's done it again.

Looks like she should be top 4 at least now. Sorry she'll hammer Honey G/Ryan in a sing off

Delighted for Saara! My reactions to her getting through are nearly on a par with hers! Top 5! Who'd have thought!

Thanks for the votes. Anyone who doesn't like this song should avoid Colombia right now, it's literally everywhere.

Do you think she could squeak into the final- If as previous years there's no bottom 2 in the semis, I could see her beating one of 5am/Emily to claim the final place

Bringing it back to JESC. As Pardraig from Wiwibloggs is going in on it. Has JESC ever felt like such a non event? Like the contest this afternoon just…happened. Was it the fact it was at 3pm on a Sunday Afternoon? Was it ever this early in a day.

This years contest was definitely a case of fixing something that wasn't broken. Too many changes to the format all at once, and it was the adult jury that ended up deciding the winner for the kids, in a kids show...

Also Jack on twitter says it best, what's the point in the live show when they've removed the televoting? The results are already pre-decided, may as well just tape the show now.

Meh, one of my worst results. Don't think I'll be visitng the Baku music factory again. Thought it would have done better, thanks for the votes

Congrats to nunaney, a great winner!

As for JESC, not really keen on the winner, was rooting for Poland, and Albania

Oooh, is that Marco I see on the new playlist....

Whoever picked the location, wrote the script, chose the presenters, designed the set, picked the audience, and directed the whole shambles would still make a better job than the BBC's efforts on Eurovision: Making Your Mind Up..

Many moons ago when I used comment regularly on Big Brother, before it took a nosedive into mediocrity over its infatuation with Nicki Grahame I often posted what my anti-Big Brother flatmate said. Well he was in Malta last year and when he came back he said he really enjoyed the place.. Now I know he was lying

I think the return of the emphasis on the show being for children/kids is really off-putting. They seem not to give the contestants much credit when it comes to maturity. They don't need to be told that they're all amazing…*they really don't.

I don't know what they'll do with the contest going forward. If the new timeslot is to remain, then bringing back the televote will probably not be very achievable. Either way, I don't think they should keep the "expert jury". And yeah, the result this afternoon showed that the split jury doesn't particularly work as well as they would want. And that Maltese presenters are not good bluffers.

Please send your votes to me via PM in the usual format, voting closes at 6pm on Sunday 27th November.

Good luck! ”

Is voting open to everyone? I think I'd quite like to vote on this but if I'm not allowed then I guess I'll just pray that one of my faves wins haha.

Catching up on JESC and my god its awful this year, did they drag the presenters in off the street? The woman is like a pound shop Ira Losco and the songs were not up to scratch, I did like Australia and Macedonia but thats about it. All the good they have done over the last few years has been undone
