I've just realised something, The NF date is before the X Factor Tour, Somebody tell Hugh to get Simon Cowell on the phone and release Saara
![]() But seriously Greatest Hits was staged brilliantly like Euphoria was done amazingly, hell I preferred the SILWY staging from Greatest Hits to the one in Vienna. Stage You Decide the same way! I would not mind if You Decide was housed in Hammersmith Apollo permanently. Maybe move to Wembley Arena when it gets big, but an audience of 5,000 people (standing) is still a massive audience for an NF.

The 6 songs have probably been decided but the dates do oddly align.

I wonder if Natasha Bedingfield will make an appearance along with five complete amateurs?

BBC 2 at the Hammersmith Apollo!
Well, that's an upgrade.Of similar quality to the 60 year celebration show? Interesting timing. Maybe they are trying a bit this time.... |

1. Laura Mvula – Ready or Not - Heard this song on an advert recently, not bad at all.
2. Kwabs – Walk - Again, another decent entry. 3. Sabrina Carpenter – Thumbs - Really enjoyed this one ![]() 4. Alessia Cara - How Far I'll Go - Still yet to see Moana, but not really a fan of this song. 5. Projekat - Pazi Se - Right up my street. A Summery Balkan tune! 6. Måns Zelmerlöw - Glorious - The intro sounds like an esc song, but I can't remember which. After seeing all the hype about this, I am disappointed ![]() 7. Edelweiss – Starship Edelweiss - Erm...Creepy video, just dreadful! 8. Anastasia – Staring at the Sun - Someones been watching too much strictly, but surprisingly, I actually enjoyed this. 9. Clean Bandit ft. Sean Paul & Anne-Marie – Rockabye - Can't stand this song, sorry. 10. Kasermandln Klaus & Sepp - Die bless mei Kuah - I can't decide which is worse...this, or Edelweiss. 11. Adam Lambert - If I Had You - Never heard this one before, not bad though, quite enjoyed it. 12. Olga Romanovskaya - Derzhi Menya Krepche - Think I've come across this recently, really enjoyed this. 13. Vitaliy Kozlovskiy – Pinacolda - Awful. 14. Shamrock - Tell Me Ma - Not really my cup of tea. 15. BLACKPINK – BOOMBAYAH - Again, one I enjoyed. 16. Sabina Ddumba – Time - Actually had this on my to enter list. Really like this one. 17. Kaija Koo ft Cheek - Nää yöt ei anna armoo - And again, glad someone entered this, come across this recently too, and what a tune! 18. Emeli Sande – Breathing Underwater - Not bad, but prefer her other ones. 19. Stela Botan & Paralela 47 - Mai Sus - Just couldn't quite come round to liking this. Not bad song though. |

DSFE Fantasy Heat 8
I haven't entered Fantasy in what feels like forever, but since it's the end of the year I thought I may as well. Bottom five beckons, however. I'm pretty impressed with the quality of the playlist! Here goes then...
Laura Mvula - Ready or Not - Gives me flashbacks to this summer tune from a few years back. Not a fan of her exaggerated accent. Meh. Kwabs - Walk - Decent effort with quite a lot of talk-singing. Less annoying than the last one though. That's a bonus. Not bad. Sabrina Carpenter - Thumbs - Zara Larsson says 'Hi'. Built well but a pretty lame, repetitive chorus. It's nice enough but rather predictable. Alessia Cara - How Far I'll Go - Love her voice, pretty tame Disney song. Not really anything negative but it doesn't set my world on fire. Projekat - Pazi Se - YES, you bring some sunshine to these dark nights! I'm unashamed to say I love this kind of music. Not a scooby what he's on about. Måns Sell-Me-Love - Glorious - Does he do anything but Eurovision songs? Much preferred 'Fire in the Rain'. Not a fan, sorry. Edelweiss - Starship Edelweiss - What the hell is this? I mean this is just too many shades of odd for me to even consider the song. Anastacia - Staring At The Sun - She can do no wrong, honestly. She's just a boss. Love it. Clean Bandit - Rockabye - Anne Marie is a queen but Sean Paul is just laughable. It worked at first but I'm a little bored of it now. Kasermandln Klaus & Sepp - Die bless mei kuah - No. I don't do yodelling. I don't do lederhosen. I don't do this song. Adam Lambert - If I Had You - Huge Adam fan, needless to say this will be getting some points off me. Can't wait for the duet with Saara. Olga Romanovskaya - Derzhi Menya Krepche - Usual Russian pop, can't differentiate one song from another. Token point or two, maybe. Vitaliy Kozlovskiy – Pinacolda - This is definitely the entry by our favourite Finn, I don't need to say why. Bloody awful, though catchy. Shamrock - Tell Me Ma - Is this Eurosong's next attempt to Irish a song up to the max? Hazel Kanewhatsit would be proud. Utter rubbish. BLACKPINK – BOOMBAYAH - Oh now this is different! Little Mix wish they could be this good. I like a bit of KPop every now and again. Sabina Ddumba - Time - She's great but has much better songs than this. I can take it or leave it really... Kaija Koo ft Cheek - Nää yöt ei anna armoo - A mother on the karaoke after too many gin and orange. It's a bit cringe, but a decent song. Emeli Sande - Breathing Underwater - Best one off the new album, tragic how she's been dropped like a tonne of bricks. Fantastic voice. Stela Botan & Paralela 47 - Mai Sus - Anticlimax to the playlist. Snoozefest. It's a no from me. |

Should be a Finalist in Hungary at the least, but I'm not 100% sold on it.

I heard the BBC announced something. Hello, hello, one and all. Roll on 2017.
Do we have any rumours about the UK participants? |

Laura Mvula - The Fugees given a festive twist, shudder. Why would you touch a classic?
Kwabs - Oh hey FIFA 15. This is pretty good.Sabrina Carpenter - Like early days Selena Gomez. It's catchy. Alessia Cara - Need to see Moana! This would hold up as song in it's own right without the Disney link. Love the tropical beats. Projekat - YAAS! Summery Balkan trash. <3 Måns Zelmerlöw - I like how he's doing some of the same mannerisms as in the Heroes performance. Better than Heroes, but then most of his songs are. Edelweiss - The Klingon rap! We are not worthy of this musical masterpiece.Anastacia - What with that weird Fox and the Hound sequel going on in the video, the song faded into the background. She's done better. Clean Bandit ft. Sean Paul & Anne-Marie - Bit lazy going for the current no.1, it is a great song though. Kasermandln Klaus & Sepp - Hi Drew. The weird grunt and the dog joining in. Well at least the patrons enjoyed it...Adam Lambert - It's easy to forget this side of Adam now he's gone all serious and worthy. Olga Romanovskaya - Ukraine needs to send her! Vitaliy Kozlovskiy - Utterly naff, this is why Ukraine sticks to the tried and true female formula. Shamrock - Lol I haven't heard this in yonks!! I'm ashamed to admit it's a bit of a guilty pleasure. It's the Oirish electro-folk mix that does it.BLACKPINK - So these are the wannabes YG Entertainment have got to try and replace 2NE1. I do actually like this, but I'm still processing the 2NE1 situation.Sabina Ddumba - This really grew on me when it was sent next door, good to hear it again. ![]() Kaija Koo ft Cheek - Another one from next door. Love me some Finnish schlager-rock. Emeli Sande - Still trying to cling onto her dying career... Stela Botan & Paralela 47 - I had visions of the parallelograms dirge indie offerings to the Moldovan NF. Thankfully Stela's on hand to reign that in and it's a decent listen. |

The 6 Swiss hopefuls in studio form...
https://soundcloud.com/tvescfan-2/se...17-switzerland Mad Nad definitely has a voice on her. 120 plus submissions and these were the best they could find? Seriously? I don't get it why channels think things will improve by changing the method to select a song if the songs are still rubbish.... |

Shame we won't hear the songs until 23rd January. Oh well!
I thought about going but decided not to, I can only do one and you guys made the London party look so much fun last year I'm tempted to do that instead. |
