When I saw the words 'Netherlands' and 'girl group' I was instantly reminded of this horror from the 2010 NF season.
Christ, there really were two Your Country Needs Yous that year.

Just a little bit of promo for my 2015 re-vote game, we have now reached the grand final stage and of the 20 qualifiers we chose 5 difference from the actual result.

I am still accepting votes for the final, so if you wish to vote, pop over to the thread, check out who is in the final and drop me a PM wit your votes.

I was looking at Pokémon Sun & Moon videos, and there was this guy looking at fake leaks, and I couldn't help but notice the similarities:

Barei is a secret Pokemon fan? That's too much of a coincidence.

I just had the BBC Breakfast video recommended to me on YouTube. Who were those fans? They moaned so much.

Does anyone else imagine what random songs would be like at Eurovision?

Listening to Nathan Sykes' new song on Spotify and noticing it's only 3 mins long sends my mind into 'what would it look like on Eurovision stage' mode.

I heard a song by someone called Harriet (she is from London) on Paul O'Grady earlier today and thought it was Karen Carpenter!

It's 3 mins and 30 secs, but with some prudent snipping it could make 3 minutes

https://youtu.be/WJJf0ECaIUw

She has a good voice for eurovision

I wouldn't vote for her in a NF nevermind the real thing. Unless the song was great, of course... So dull.

I do hear the Karen Carpenter thing now, but that's really not what we need for ESC now is it?

Dying at this! Someone's made another Daniela postcard but using the 2016 intro and graphics.

There is nothing about this woman that doesn't unsettle me, is there something wrong with her?

That was actually rather refreshing to watch, nice to see they were all generally positive about it, it's always good to get an American perspective on the contest.

That was fantastic.

Love the realisation of some of them when ABBA appeared

"The Celine Dion of her day"
"It is Celine Dion"

"To deny us the opportunity to ruin it is just being rude"

I'm surprised Tyler Oakley didn't already know what Eurovision was.

Interesting to watch that though. I wonder what they would make of some of the most bizarre entries.

The youtubers video is good and for the most part, refreshingly positive. I feel like those twins might be full converts now, they seemed to be having a great time of it.

He annoyes me immensely. He just does. For the past 3 or so years he keeps asking "What is #Eurovision?" Or words and hashtags to that effect on Twitter just for attention.

Yeah I really liked them. They had a very natural warmth about them and their positivity about Eurovision is always a plus in my book.

I don't follow him on twitter so I didn't know that. At least it's better than Phillip Schofield who watches it every year, hates it every year and spurts the same old mocking, xenophobia into the twittersphere.

Looks like Boz & Hoz are jumping before they are pushed.

How likely is it that they can compete in 2017, now?

Hahaha I am so glad you brought this up! Either a very short memory or a total attention seeker off the back of Eurovision!
