I thought I gave this points. Then, I checked my votes, I actually didn't. This should have gotten my 5 or 4. Good thing it did very well.

Congratulations to me Back luck Ross.

I had lead almost all week but Lillit was top by 1 going into BigBMad's vote 15 minutes from time which swung it back. I'm really glad it did as otherwise i'd have been looking at an agonising moral dilemma

Thanks for all the votes

Well I'm definitely going to break the pattern (on purpose).

Congrats Saturn! I love that song ever since I heard it. It's surprisingly a big hit in the Balkans.

Now, I can't wait to hear the remixes from Lisa.

You've given me an earworm, I just knew this was your entry when I saw it was the theme for Rita. Will be sure to check that out in due course.

So it’s a day early but I’m going to be quite busy tomorrow and as I have time now will open for submissions for Fantasy A Song For Europe/ Making Your Mind Up/ Your Country Needs You/ Eurovision Your Decision 2017 – Or whatever they are calling it these days.

Have you ever wanted to be Guy Freeman? Or at least thought there is so much good stuff in the UK music industry why can’t we send that? Well now is your chance (well in terms of in this forum anyway).

You have until 17:00 Sunday 25th September to find your submission and PM it to me. I will become Ken Bruce and announce the entries after LisaB has revealed the results of the remix competition.

What would you really love to see the UK send?

The rules are:

Any song with a vague UK connection at least – I’m not going to get too tied down with rules on this – the song comes first.

Don’t worry about being realistic; assume all artists will say “yes”. Songs that have been in the charts here or anywhere in the world are acceptable.

Don’t worry about length (we can always edit it down to the 3 mins – also it’s fantasy).

However no covers or samples of older material; it has to be an original song.

It has to be family friendly and non-political as per Eurovision rules (in theory anyway).

I’m going to say from post 2016 Eurovision onwards (however again I’m not going to get too hung up on this, if it’s from a bit earlier or we can’t be certain no worries – I just mean you can’t put in a song from 2012 for example)

I’m happy to allow more than one song per artist.

Songs with no official video (just a picture or lyrics) or live versions are all fine.

Entries from FMs from outside the UK are very welcome (what type of thing do you think we should be sending?)

So Submissions are now open and all the best! Lets see what type of thing the UK should send.

I've updated the wiki with everything that was provided. However the 2013 contest ends with 'Andra Chansen' and 2015 with 'Heat 8'. Are these years missing rounds?

We didn't have an Andra Chansen last year.

Or alternatively what Lisa just said.
