Ben does not seem the most loyal of boyfriends either. When Xanthe was locked in the shed with the snake, he called her but no answer and , i think they were meant to meet up. instead of going to see her (next door), he decided to go off with the other girl. He did something else like that which i can't remember exactly what . wouldn't like him as a boyfriend for my teenage daughter.........
i think some of you are getting a bit confused : 'Paige' is a character created by the scriptwriters , so vent your anger/hatred at them, not the character (who isn't 'real') and as for the person who mentioned Paige 'got a haircut in the middle of keeping a vigil' well thats not 'paiges' fault - its the director/producer who should have not allowed the actress to change her hair - normally actors in soaps are not allowed to make drastic changes to their appearances as it could confuse people - which it obviously has here.

by the way doesn't anyone remember sonia being told she can't have any more kids?? I am pretty sure her and toadie were resigned to the fact that they could not have any more after Nell (little cutie that she is...)
Are you actually two people? Firstly you bemoan Ben and wouldn't want him as a boyfriend for your daughter (he's not real you know ). Then you get sarcastic asking us if we know Paige isn't real. Finally you ask about Sonya not having any more kids - something you'd already posted about a few days ago and we said it was Toadie's testicles that were causing the problem after Sonya burst into the operating theatre when he was having his op for his paralysis. Sometimes you join in and are chatty as this is the only thread you post in. Then you come on and call us "confused" like we don't understand the difference between what happens on the telly and what's reality. I don't get it - we have nice you then we have sarky you. It does make me wonder if someone else is using your user name.

you are discussing things that Paige should or shouldn't have done: this is a soap - neighbours in fact one of the fluffiest of them all. You can't discuss it as if it were 'real life' - perhaps another character could express the thoughts you are having but to say 'she shouldn't have gone near tyler knowing how piper felt' is irrelevant as the stiuation is real. Am i the only one on here who watche neighbours shrugs and says 'yeah right like that would really happen'????
I can discuss whatever I want, I didn't realise I needed your permission!

Didn't we all discuss this at length a couple of weeks ago? Where many people (including me) explained that of course they know it isn't real and doesn't 'matter' but there if you care enough to go to the trouble of posting on a soap forum, then there is no harm in discussing the situations as if they were real.

Also, that it is just quicker to say "i hate that Paige didn't go to her funeral" than to say "i hate that the writers had the character Paige not going to her fictional grandfathers funeral as it makes the fictional character appear very selfish to the audience who know she is not real".

It is taken as read, by most, that we are just using shorthand when talking about the show, it's characters and the situations they depict.

Speaking of the fictional characters, Sonya thought that maybe there was a problem with her when she failed to conceive quickly. Hpwever, on medical investigation, she was deemed to be perfectly fertile but Toadie had a low sperm count. Hence their delight when She fell pregnant with Nell and their knowing they couldn't assume they'd have another one. These chances were further reduced following Toadie's bouncy castle accident - or rather the operation that followed his paralysis.

Good episode today - loved Gary and Terese's heated embraces - they're an unexpected couple. Hope this means her and Paul's back and forth bickering is over for a bit - as storylines go that one has been going round in tiresome circles far longer than even Jack & Paige - and with far less reason as there is technically NOTHING stopping them from being together if they wanted.

Anyway I prefer Terese with Gary for now - Paul has a tendency of dragging down the women he's in relationships with and Terese deserves to be uplifted and boosted in her self-esteem after a crappy year - Gary can do that for her

Oh and in my vehement defence of Paige I forgot to mention that I actually hate the fact she hasn't made any effort to get to know Ned or spend any time with him... That is one thing that has been off-putting about her... And yes it is the writers who have made it this way but I do think this is one of the things that puts Paige in a bad light

Yep, Toadie's testicles were toast after that happened.

Paige seems to care more about boys than her family, she hasn't been around her parents or siblings very much at all since Jack came on the scene

Paige's haircut was such an own goal re how her character's actions would be perceived.

Of course the actress just got her hair cut and probably thought nothing of it in relation to what was being filmed and of course it is her hair, she can do what she wants with it.

But, I'd be surprised if there isn't something in her contract about clearing hair cuts, colour changes etc with the Producers - there usually is with actresses or models when their 'look' is so important to the brand they represent. And if she did state her intentio to change her style, somebody should have had the sense to tell her it either needed to be done before the explosion or would need to be left for a few weeks after.

Because within the story we watch, it did just come across as Paige being so shallow that she couldn't leave this new (handsome) man's bedside to comfort her grieving family, or get to know her brother or even attend her Grandfather's funeral but she could manage to go make herself look pretty in case her new crush woke up.

It's one hell of a slip with the scalpel - an op on his back, in rushes Sonya and whoops there go his spuds . How they managed to damage his man pipes while operating on his spine is beyond me but I'm not a doctor so maybe it's possible. In the usual Neighbours style nothing is properly explained when it comes to naughty parts .

Jack needs to back off and stay away from Paige. He's jealous of Dr unbelievable twin who's way shorter than his brother and comes from a whole different country David and he burst in on Paige and whatserface Angelina's sister. He can't be her friend because of how he feels so why not bugger off instead of dangling himself like a carrot in front of her. At least Paige seems oblivious probably due to how guilty she is feeling over the stupid boxing story.

Elly needs to stay away from Mark too. Back to the stables with you Dobbin and keep your hooves off someone else's fella.

I dip in and out of neighbours. Obviously we know Carl is the only doctor in Australia and he discusses everyone's problems, but is he really allowed to tell Paige the patient's problems before the family?

I like Paige a lot more than I did a couple of months after she came to Ramsay Street. She was very selfish not long after she first arrived, but she's been okay for months now though. I quite like the way she's turned out.
this is classic neighbours. Enter rogue, thief, bitch and a few weeks later you are presented with resident of the month. If they can act.

Jack seems to have a lot of time to hang around - does he not have any parishoners?

They stuck it in that Karl was given permission by Angelina's mother to speak to Paige. Makes a change that they've even added it.

Blimey! Terese and Gary must be seriously attracted to each other. Terese seems to have it bad for Gary. So, Xanthe's with Ben now then. I see Angus has found them. Goodness knows what they'll get up to with him by their side. It looks like Ned's going to be seriously hurt now that Jacko knows about Regan's affair. So much for his being okay about her seeing someone else. Oh dear, Ned's in big trouble now.

Really poor excuse from Logan today. Saying the reason he hasnt been in contact is because his phone went off a bridge/roof. When he did have a new phone he still didnt contact her. If he actually was bothered then he would have easily contacted her through so many means, Facebook, Skype, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter or even actually remembering his own Girlfriends number! What a poor excuse. But then again Madison is a few slices short of the loaf so it worked.

Never thought i would say this but so far Angus is really entertaining on his return. Dont actually mind him at the moment, although the accent is still ridiculous.

She was brilliant wasn't she. While it was quite obvious that her bit and Charlie's bit were filmed separately and you couldn't see her when he went off on one her reaction was still priceless.
I love her and generally not a fan of kids in soap. Such an adorable wee girl.

Dear god, I hate Maddie. She's flip-flopped between so many decisions it's just massively annoying. May she never return.

Bloody Angus returns. And now he's singing!

God bless Neighbours and their never ending reluctance to say 'having sex'. 'A lie down' is new one for them.

Goodness me Maddie (or Sarah Allen rather) reached new lows in the acting department today. She's more wooden than an oak furniture warehouse.

Let's hope she never returns.

And the phone conversation with Uncle Paul was just cringe. As if Paul would give a toss about his niece's lovelife!!!
