Ive been enjoying Gary coming back, he has been excellent so far.

Just a thought but for all we know John/Jack's priest outfit could have been for a fancy dress party but if he really is Father Jack then it isnt possible.

The FFS series has a 100% success rate as far as I am aware. Apparently it is the lad's first acting role so I allow him a bit of leeway, but goodness some of the scripting for him is awful and cringy.

So glad Steph gave it to Mark both barrels. She was right he was biased the whole time. He has such a fixation with pinning stuff on Paul (presumably because of Kate's death) he is blind to any other possibilities. I kind of hope Paul brings an official complaint up against him.
BIB - indeed it does! I suppose one could argue that most of the actors will leave eventually, but the Mason one was particularly impressive due to the speed in which it succeeded.

I agree, it was great to see Steph giving Mark some home-truths. I would like to see him reflect on how his obsession about Paul led to an innocent man being imprisoned rather than him broadening the investigation in the name of justice. I'm looking forward to seeing a scene between Paul and Mark addressing this, but I suspect Mark will probably flannel his way through it.

I think the next big reveal will be that he's the spawn of Paul when he did the nasty with that rancid Quill woman. She made a big deal about their one night stand being why she hated him which is a tad excessive. Maybe she hated him because he impregnated her and didn't phone her the next day. Only a guess but it kind of fits and the rest of Paul's kids/family have gone apart from Amy.
But the dreaded niece (Daniel's sister) is coming back!

haha Paul is anything but innocent and to be fair to Mark, when all the evidence was clear cut as it was and knowing Paul is dodgy and a crook then I can't hardly blame him for thinking Paul did it and beside he got taken off the case.

Does anyone have a working link to today's episode? My5 or whatever it's called now, appears to be on the blink and I'm desperate to see it!

I've also been having problems both on my smart TV and My5. Hopefully they will fix it!

She slapped Julie Quill REALLY hard. It was the best part of the episode.

The best revenge Paul could take would simply be to go down the official route and file a complaint against Mark. But that would be boring TV I guess. I just hate the fact that Mark's going to justify his actions by convincing himself he was just going by the evidence. He's never going to admit he was biased and refused to consider other possibilities seriously.

Julie Quill, she tried to apologise to Terese, Piper and Paige and Piper wasn't having any of it. Quite rightly TBH.

Julie Quill is a very panto character.

He was just going by the evidence, and Paul could not complain about an individual copper in this instance - Mark was not the only one on the case.

PAul has done so many wicked things it's hard to be pleased for him.

Finally someone I can agree with

When the evidence was so damning against Paul and with his background any copper would have done the same, nothing to do with being biased or obsessed. Also like I said before, Mark got taken off the case, so he wasn't even the police officer that sent him down.

Although I like the character and he makes the show good, I have no sympathy for Paul, he got what he deserved.

There is a difference going by the evidence and being Personal. Yes the evidenice pointed to Paul, Mark did not want to entertain the idea Paul was telling the truth. He let his hatred for rule his head. I agree with all Paul has done you could not blame people for doubting him.

That was a proper slapping dished out by Piper (who was quite good yesterday). It's a shame that Brad pulled her off and said "That's enough". No, she's killed Piper's brother and Grandad, covered the truth and framed some else all because she couldn't get over a one night stand years and years ago. One slap is not enough.

Oh Paul is ruthless isn't he. Then again we wouldn't really want him any other way. Inlove his friendship with Steph.

Did Terese seriously think Paul would just go "Okay, I forgive you lets have a make up shag."

I must admit part of me does feel a bit sorry for Terese. She lost her son, her other daughter moved away, her husband ran off with the woman across the street, she lost her job, battling an addiction. It seems unfair she is struggling alone whilst Brad seems to have more support.

Only just out o nock and being devious already. He should be back inside!

Therese should never have asked to go back to him. She's better of without the sleaze bag!

Does anyone else find Walter to be a really sympathetic character? I know he's not been any kind of father to Sonya, and he makes poor decisions, but there's something about him that is likeable. Kidnapping Nell is a terrible thing to do, but he's so desperate to save his daughter that I can't blame him.

Loving Steph's and Paul's friendship. I think Paul will eventually forgive Terese, but I hope he doesn't make her a target of his revenge. The poor woman has suffered enough.

Oh great, wooden Madison is back.

You can't be hurt and not be angry. One fuels the other.
