I cant understand the Paige support on here. She is demanding an answer that cannot be suddenly produced. If she was caring and compassionate as she is always saying she is then she would understand what she has to do and give Jack a lot of space. But instead she is a self minded, egocentric, selfish, petulant, childish and narrow minded character.

I think most people agree with you on this one.

Funny thing is I've never liked her. Very early on I just knew I wasn't going to like her character, but when I criticised her back then I got jumped on. Funny old world!

Do you mean Paige?

What's the point of putting Paige in a bikini if she doesn't get out of the pool??

Is there any Paige support? She's become a selfish, awful character the sooner she leaves the better.

Yesterday and today just proved why even if Jack leaves the priesthood, it still won't be enough for Paige. She is so self centred, she expects to always be somebody's first, actually only, priority and acts out if neglected. As pointed out on here, and by Lauren today, jack is unlike to lost his faith and would probably still want to be helping people with programmes such as Brads and will put the vulnerable first. There will often be situations like yesterday where Amy needed him. Paige won't like that, she won'( be able to cope with it and will act out.

Even if he does leave the Priesthood for her, they are still doomed.

I never liked her either, but then I'm a rather homely woman so I was probably jealous.

There's nothing to be jealous about when your personality is that vacuous. Give me a homely woman any day!

Paige has always done some quite horrible things (remember her getting off with Daniel intentionally to upset amber soon after her arrival, also vandalizing Harolds) but I think we could understand and sympathise with why she was doing them - her anger and upset at having been adopted and not brought up by Lauren and Brad. We were kind of shown it all from her perspective and her perspective was that she hadn't been loved growing up.

The problems started, in my opinion, when we met her adopted Mother and discovered that she actually had been very loved so she just came across as ungrateful and rather nasty in how she treated her. That happening at the same time as she was intentionally getting Brad and Lauren to spend time together in the hopes of reconciling them, uncaring the consequences for Terese and her siblings, just made her come across as really unlikeable and i had no sympathy for her motivations.

It's just got worse and worse since then.

If JAck leaves the priesthood it should be for him - anything else can come later.
Spoiler
But I think he's shortly going to choose God -and Paige will bonk Tyler!

Oh absolutely but that's not how it is being played out.

It might help if Jack talked about why he'd been having doubt before he met Paige more so it didn't seem to all be about her. Also, in defence of her, he doesn't have to stay in erinsborough whilst he makes his decision. I can see how it might seem to her as though he is giving her mixed messages.

But it still doesn't excuse the way she is 'fighting' for him.

True - but he had been staying with the older priest, who is local.

Anyway - while watching Karl in his MAMIL gear today, I just had to ask - 'Who's been eating all the pies?'

I just saw Tuesdays episode, LMAO at Karl just being there at the accident, like he has been so many times, on another show Mark would be thinking that Karl sets them up, so he can look like super-doc

I find the Mark and Steph relationship to be rather unbelievable

I feel they were put together to develop storylines, initially to make Paige jealous and allow her to move on, and then to create tension with the whole is Paul guilty storyline.

Now those storylines are over it'd be good to split them up, there are now a few female characters available for Mark, Amy and Elly, as for Steph if they are making Gary Canning permanent she would work well placed with him. It would be far less weird than Gary and Amy which they seem to be leading up to

I like Mark and Steph together but I can't see it lasting forever as I think he wants children more than Steph does at the moment. That was one thing with Paige - she didn't feel ready for that (a baby might have taken some of the attention away from her!)

But I'd LOVE to see Gary and Amy together just to piss off Paul - his daughter hooking up with the bloke he sent to prison! Serve the creep right!

Just watched today's epi and couldn't help wondering who had the biggest spare tyre - Karl or Toadie. Lycra is not a good look, Toadie - and your hair band was squashing your ears!

That;s another thing about Jack and Paige should he decide he wants to be with her? Will he be okay with contraception? If not she's back to not being ready for children isn't she.

Piper that brat in overdrive again - dragging innocent people into her shenaighans for abuse - hope she (or rather Therese as i guess that is where her money comes from as she doesn't have a part time job) still paid him for coming out to look at her laptop.

Younger than Terese that guy might be, but he's not a barely legal school girl. Why can she not see the difference?

So glad Tyler saw her childish rant, hopefully he's going more and more off her.

Xanthe is being rather annoying about the Formal and her dress now.

Why are the making the cleaning guy out to be some kind of villain? All he did was a run a company where the women dressed up. Neighbours is so strait-laced at times.

Also I've just realised who Madison reminds me of:

Only 'at times'?? This is Neighbours, where just saying 'we had sex' is too saucy for any character to say.

I like the suggestion of Gary and Steph getting together he's definitely more her type than Mark. Steph always went for slightly older and very manly men like Max and Lucas etc. Mark Brennan is too young for her and too metrosexual.
