That was weird - is it Lauren's hair?? Way to move on, Ned!!

I'm beginning to despise Brad now. Lauren is way too good for him.
Absolutely. I love when Paul refers to him as Terese's "deadbeat husband" that's Drab to a T.

Yes, it really is a good description of him

Much better episode today, great improvement on the Nickelodeon special yesterday.

I for one am really enjoying the Paul and Terese rivalry, it is quite nice to see them rivaling each other and it is fun to watch.

Mavournee Hazel has been fantastic in the last week or so, she really is a fine actress and a cut above quite a few on the street. It is like chalk and cheese with acting skills in the Piper/Madison scenes. Clementine the Cat seems to be the new pet of the street considering Bossy was before the only one around. BTW what did happen to Dahl? With Clementine we now have a Super Cat to add to Super Doctor and Policeman. Going on the strange way that Karl seems to be the only Doctor and Mark the only Policeman, you would assume that with Neighbours logic that Clementine is the only Cat in the whole of Erinsbrough!

I was afraid Clementine had come off worst in her encounter with Sid, but at the end of the eli she had obviously survived.

I did ask a while ago what happened to Dahl and I think somebody said he (she?) flew away.

It is drab to a T , but Paul is scheming, conniving and dishonest - Therese deserves someone much better than him!

Yayyyy a new Ramsay Street pet. Piper and Clementine is so much better than Piper and her vlog storylines. To be honest the vlog crap is the only reason I ever really disliked Piper.

I remember Dahl flying away, but I thought they caught her hanging out in one of the trees by the garage.

Today's eppy was right outta 1986. I wonder if it was deliberate throwback because many fans keep pining for those days? I smiled a couple of times but mostly I cringed.

I am quite enjoying the snake escapades. It's always terrified me the thought of living down under with all those creepy crawlies.

Is it just me or does something really dramatic need to happen? I think we are due a big returnee or something like that. Its to easy to miss an eppy.
well clem the cat saw off Sid today, but I am getting a bit bored of the 'stalker/snake' storyline...............

I think the sheep just died from old age one day. Wasn't it called Cassie ( short for casserole).

Dahl flew away and they thought they'd going him in a tree but it wasn't him and he hasn't been seen since.

I think the pig was called Elvis.

I seem to remember a casual mention that Cassie had died.

I liked Audrey, that was a cute dog. What happened to her?

I was a little worried for Sid as i liked him but apparently both he and Clem survived, that was good.

Cassie was killed on screen, that was back when Rachel and Zeke were around as they were there for Cassie's final moments. Chop was the Sheep that went with Lennie to the farm!

Audrey died of cancer, it was while Karl and Susan were apart and the death was the catalyst for them getting back together

I think the pig was called Elvis.
Elvis was a porcelain Pig that Susan hated. Nate and Chris used to like hiding it around Erinsbrough!

Loving all this pets talk.
They should give Mark a police dog or something. The street already has as mentioned, a horse in the form of Elly. Good thing Lauren isn't still into horses or she might have tried to mount her!

I could imagine Xanthe having an unusual pet, like a tortoise or something.

Mark taking a dog home would lead to all sorts of horrendous comedy moments when it shed a hair on his pristine floor or slobbered on him. Mark is OCD about cleanliness - dogs wouldn't be his favourite thing to be around.

Lauren riding Elly round the street would be perfect .

I'd like to think the cast demand double pay when they have to take part in those Playschool style episodes. And once again outfits are created in what seems to be an hour or so. Do they all have cupboards full of fancy dress outfits and decorations specifically for when they need to treat a strange child better than they treat their own?

Still think the whole Terese thing is ludicrous. Getting the money together to buy Lassiters, and then Pauls own sister giving her preference over him? So silly.

For my money the girl playing Piper continues to be the best actor (don't they used the term actress anymore?) on the show. And Ben has half a brain and no way would have fallen for Glenn Close's little scheme.

Couldn't be any worse than Tyler's hair surely?

I wonder if Mark insists on the ridiculous man bun?

It'll be interesting to find out who's behind the secret filming of guests in the hotel. Ben's just as bad as Xanthe when it comes to making decisions without thinking. Did it not occur to Ben that there might be a reason that she wasn't answering her phone? Xanthe was thrilled when she and Ben got together so why would she then go and ignore Ben by purposely not answering his message? It's quite amusing seeing Terese and Paul battling it out for owning Lassiter's. Paul will do anything to get Lassiter's back. I can see him winning as well.

The identity of the secret filmer is in the Neighbours spoilers, I have literally just seen. It looks like there is more to come from this storyline, naturally with a twist that seems to begin on Monday.

Maddison is so hard to invest in as a character. The actress is rather embarrassing to watch. The whole power woman image and relationship with Therese the writers are trying to give her is not believable, due to the poor acting ability and kid like mannerisms.

Agreed. She is very pretty but that's it. No depth to her whatsoever.

And with all due respect to the actress, she needs to go for a few acting lessons, she is so wooden it's embarrassing to watch.

I agree, but Olympia said in an interview on DS, that viewers are really hoping Jack and Paige get it together! Really? Do they read this thread?

So I am afraid, folks, it looks as if Jack and Paige end up together, plus Tyler and Piper, and probably Therese and scumbag Paul. what a copout! I think I'll stop watching!
Me too - I have only just caught up with DS and cannot quite believe how bad that particular episode was!

She is better than her first appearance but still acts like a like a antique wooden wardrobe. Her looks are about her only redeeming feature. She is still so sickly sweet and it is quite irritating.

If we are saying the best actor on the show then for me it has to be Stefan Dennis (Paul) but Mavournee is certainly very good and in the top 5 of the whole cast, both male and female.

Terese owning Lassiters makes no sense, it would have been far better to just have it as Lassiters Worldwide buying the hotel and then choosing either Terese or Paul to run it. But some bright spark thought that one of Paul or Terese should own it when it is just so financially implausible.
