New-look Frankie Cocozza ready for musical comeback
Mr Blonde
16-05-2016
Former X Factor heart-throb Frankie Cocozza has today sensationally announced his intention to make a musical comeback, five years after famously bursting onto the scene of the X Factor.

Long gone are the baby-faced good looks from a lost One Direction mould; instead replaced by a cast-iron similarity to a James Dean, or Jim Morrison.

Never short of female admirers, Frankie's most attractive feature was his bad boy charm; now fives years older (18 + 5 = 23), have Frankie's wild ways been tamed? No one knows for sure and no one can wait to find out.

The boy has become a man. Will he now become a superstar? Real talent rises to the top eventually.

I felt sorry for Frankie at the time. The show made no secret that they wanted his sort of character there - a wild, rockstar type. But when they actually got one (and realised it couldn't sing) they couldn't handle it, and couldn't manage him out either as the public kept voting for him.

And lacking the redeeming feature of a big ass metal suit to mask his voice.

What's different? He's lost the eyeliner and is now wearing different coloured jeans. Couldn't sing at the time and was a gobshite to go with it. Will 'I was on the X Factor 5 years ago' give him any kind of leg up to chart success now? Don't get your hopes up.

Frankie looks so much better now. He actually looks attractive and not just a Pete Doherty wannabe. I like his current hair. It actually looks like it has been washed. Actually it looks like HE has been washed which is good.
