Is anyone else experiencing problems watching channel 4 catch up programmes on their NOW TV box?

I have the white box and tried to watch 2 channel 4 programmes on Saturday. All was going well until the first commercial break, where the message 'This content is currently unavailable. Please try again later' appears. Trying later does not help.

Other channels seem ok.

What was it that you were trying to watch? Have you power-cycled the NowTV box? Can you ask a friend who has access to All4 to see if they have the same problem? Have you contacted Channel4 about this?

Press stop, select the programme again and it carries on fine.

The issue is at Channel 4s advert delivery network, but getting them to fix anything is never easy. I was unable to watch Agents of Shield the other week as the first add crashed the app. In the end I watched on my mobile.
