With the end of an era coming tomorrow night on EastEnders, I think it's important to look to the future and what else we have to look forward to. I will miss Peggy loads, but we've got lots coming up that sounds interesting.

One thing I'm particularly looking forward to myself is Max's return in a few months time. Max is one of my favourites and I'm looking forward to him being back on The Square again.

How do we all think his return will play out?

Well it has to be proven he didn't kill Lucy - now whether that involves someone else being arrested for it or some brand new evidence proving he didn't suddenly pops up remains unknown. I think he got a year for running away from court, so he'll have served his time for that.

I think from this week we should get a decent idea of what's coming up and how it'll play out - because Bobby isn't going to be happy he has to leave his school...

The episode begins.

Ian : "So Max is back in Walford then".
Billy : "Yeah. Laid out on his back in one of Les Coker's cheapest coffins".
Phil : "Good riddance!"

Then the rest of the episode continues on with no one mentioning Max ever again.

He returns on the square his cellmate/boyfriend. His name is Duncan. He's Italian, big built and they team up to bring down the mitchells. EE's next future power couple.

I proudly give them the short name of Dax.

Branning week...

Monday...
Max draws up outside Sonia's with his new wife, a prison officer, who we can't see. He turns to his wife and says "Right, ere we are then. Lets give them hell" The camera pans slowly toward his new wife.

Chrissie Watts: *grins* "Yes, lets"

Lauren bursts in on an argument between Jack and Max. They look at her. The camera pans down to her big pregnant belly...
Lauren: Surprise. Beppe get in here
