It's one thing to drift off-topic by discussing something like how Euro 2016 commentary assignments may indicate the standings of individual broadcasters going forward into the new season, but to me at least it seemed a bit random to bring up a relatively minor incident involving a London-based broadcaster who has not been involved in any actual live coverage from the tournament, given that this thread is the Euro 2016 Radio Coverage thread and not one about talkSPORT or sports programmes on the radio more generally. It appeared to me to as if you were just drawing negative attention to talkSPORT for the sake of it, which would be very unlike you.

On the subject of Adrian Durham, I think he's been excellent during Euro 2016. While I don't rate his Drive Time programme at all (it's format is very repetitive and too Premier League-focused for my liking), he's a very good anchor on Matchday Live on Saturday afternoons and always seems to come into his own at tournament time when hosting live matches. His reports from the England camp supplementary to those from Nigel Adderley have also helped to add a new dimension to his role.
With there no longer being any afternoon matches, Adrian will be hosting a Clash of the Titans Special from Paris with Jim Proudfoot and Stan Collymore between 4-7pm tomorrow ahead of their live coverage of Italy v Germany. I'm inclined to think that this will be his last involvement in the coverage from France before he, Darren Gough and the Drive Time team return to the UK, although I stand to be proven wrong on that one.
