I'm glad she has moved or is beginning to move away from the 90's throwback. Her first album was brilliant. My Everything a perfectly surmised where she was. And now for me Dangerous Woman consolidates it. Though it is n't strong enough for me to full give her her Good Girl Gone Bad moment.

This is a great album ! I actually only downloaded it on the off chance as I was not a big fan of Dangerous Woman the song (though it is growing on me now) . I saw the minaj and Macy gray feature so thought I would just go for it. I love every song ! Better than her last album IMO

It's a fantastic album no doubt, really impressed with Ariana this time around.

Currently number 1 in the midweek charts.

'Dangerous Woman', 'Be alright', 'Into you' and 'Greedy' are my favourite tracks. I find 'Moonlight' a bit dull, but overall this album is very good.

Congratulations to Ariana on gaining her first uk number 1 album . I've played the album once so far but I'm loving it already. Can't wait to see her tour again.

I found her first two albums very poorly produced and rushed in quality. This, however, sounds like an album that was worked on a considerable amount of time. Production is much better and her vocals are being allowed to shine. Very impressed.

Side to Side has to be an obvious single choice at some point, right?

She wasn't good before, now she is good. She has stopped shrieking as much. I really like her song with Lil Wayne and also 'Into You'.

This album is a big improvement on her last one and debut. What stops me really appreciating it is that she really comes across as a not very nice person. I don't think doughnut-gate will be the last we see of the more unpleasant side of her personality.

Saying she wished her fans would f*cking die wasn't her greatest moment, either.

When/where did this happen?

My daughter used to like her, but once I read that there was no way I'd spend any money on her.
There was a thread about it on here, that's where I read it - can't find it with the "search" being knackered though.

There was never any proof she said it. All just tabloid speculation.

Why would they speculate? I'm no fan of the press, but there must have been a rumour at the start of it. IIRC there were several linkys about it on here which looked genuine.

Thanks, appreciated. There are a few stars whose personalities I don't like but have good music. Justin for one.

No idea whether it's true or not, I doubt her comments were quite that level, surely she must realise her fans made her what she is. But there you go.

She has a great voice, I'm willing to forgive minor indiscretions mentioned by posters here. Demi was forgiven for slapping the shit out of a dancer iirc!!

A rumour doesn't make it true and the press don't even need that much "evidence" to claim that something is true. Using something like that against her isn't fair at all.

I'm not using anything against her...just saying what was reported on here.

To be fair though who gives a crap whether the artist is horrible...we'll probably never meet her (them) so I always say don't judge someone you don't know.

If the music speaks to me I'm generally a fan of an artist even if they seem to have a horrible personality because we will never really know them.

The only exception to this I would say is that **** Azalea Banks who can't stop shooting her mouth off but she seems to have mental health problems.

I agree to an extent. There are plenty of artists whose behaviour or personal beliefs I don't agree with and it doesn't stop me appreciating their music. The one thing I don't like is hearing artists disrespect their fans, because they are the ones who allow them to have a career. There have been several stories about Ariana doing this and so I don't think it's just the media trying to create a story out of nothing.
