Yes, as long as you buy the EU/India model.

Yeah, you'll get a European model when ordering from the official site (I did when I bought my OnePlus Two from there a few months back).

For anybody that's interested the OnePlus X has gone down in price to £189 (£209 for the Ceramic).

Apologies for bumping an old thread but I was wondering if there were any other genuine places to get the OPX?
It's been out of stock on the website for a few weeks now, and ideally I'd like to get it before the end of this month. |

Not many I'm afraid to say, the only thing I can suggest is buying off ebay or Amazon, but make sure you buy A) From a trusted seller, and B) Make sure you buy the European/Indian model (the E1003).
My first one broke after a few days of having it, and I had to send it back. I had to wait about a month for my replacement because the stock shortage problems, I think I might have been one the last people to get one. |

They've pretty much abandoned it. I don't think it's ever getting Marshmallow.

I've spoken to someone from the OnePlus team, who said there'll be limited stock available over the next few months but they don't know when exactly. So it's going to be a waiting game for now.
