Exactly, that's so rude to not even acknowledge there's been a change of programme

Never mind, I always record the late editions anyway, I shall watch it with a beer or 2 tomorrow night

I wonder if the repeat of what should have been tonight's TOTP will still be shown?

That's what happens when you get pre-recorded continuity announcements.

Have to admit this has worked out alright for me as it's given me time to watch the Yewtreed episode from the week before tonight's one.

I guess they'll just resort to the full late editon unless they squeeze the early one after this tennis match. Can't see that though.

This always reminds me of when TOTP clashed with Wimbledon on BBC2 at the same time in the 70s & early 80s - (before we had the video recorder) & Wimbledon was always prioritised in our house!

The late edition is always better and tonight's is on for 40 minutes, set your Panasonics

Well, the sensible thing to do now would be to cancel tonight's altogether, including the late showing, and bump it all to tomorrow night. BBC2 should be able to carry any tennis overrun then.

The full editon looks like a cracker for me.

Just checking in on this thread during my break and can't believe they've given TOTP the elbow for tennis The unedited showing should be okay, though.

I reckon we'll get the late editon but the transmission time will vary.

980 to 986 on my SkyBox is all tennis.
Would've thought they'd put this on the main red button.

This match might run for another half an hour depending on the result so the programmes will continue (minus TOTP's) running 15 minutes later than advertised. Just a guess.

I *think* that my PVR can cope with delayed timing...

But just in case I've added an hour to the end time.
