DLT had 'audible darts' and 'quack quack oops'.......which was the epitaph for his career.

Sh*t, have I missed Love Come Down by Evelyn King? One of the best songs of 1982 IMO.

Peter Powell possibly the last person on earth persisting with "Depeshay Mode".

Very sad news about David Christie that I've just read on Wikipedia. He killed himself in 1997 after his daughter died in an accident.

This might a decent little club groove, until you see the singer.

Ooh, I just saw DLT in the background from this repeated clip. Call the police!

Hmm, so David Christie was only bubbling under when he appeared on the DLT show two before this one.

Anyone else thinks he looks a bit like Richard Carpenter?

He says no use imitating the Lone Ranger. He can barely imitate playing that bass guitar.

A wee bit yes. I can imagine Jim Diamond doing this,

The 12" of 'Saddle Up' is worth listening to for its terrific instrumental break.

How much longer must we endure Shakin Stevens?

A hell of a lot longer; he's playing the Royal Albert Hall this very night.

He's just released another album. The tracks I've heard from it are pretty damned good.

Always felt so sorry for Shaky going through school with a name like Shakin Stevens
Bet he wishes he was called something else, like Mike for instance

Don't mind this song at all
