If that was the case he would probably have referenced The Chi-Lites - not Amazulu.

Only two of the sixteen DJ hosts seen on TOTP thus far who signed the licence extension (seventeen if you include Kenny Everett who hosted a 1973 repeat on BBC Four four years ago) have had their reputation called into question since the repeats started so I think there is probably more safety in numbers.

If Mike Smith wanted revenge on the BBC he should have been more honourable and targeted them directly rather than punishing blameless viewers (I'm afraid I don't know the viewing figures for TOTP on BBC Four but I'm guessing they run to a few hundred thousand?) not to mention all the various acts he introduced, the live studio audiences and the dual presenters he worked with on the show.
If (and I say if) his death effectively released the BBC from the shackles he had placed on them leaving the corporation free to broadcast his shows with no legal ramifications they should have recognised their primary duty is to licence fee payers, not embittered ex-employees with an axe to grind and cheerfully driven a coach and horses through Smith's ban - I hope they didn't contact Sarah Greene (or vice-versa) and give her
carte blanche to continue her husband's skewed vendetta beyond the grave.

... which begs the question does she have the power to reverse it ?

I see the Twitter page on which Michael_Thomas1 posed his polite question to Sarah Greene no longer exists.

Unless there's a copy for inspection we don't know the terms.
We can only speculate.
If Glorious is following the thread at the moment, perhaps he might pass comment?”
Judging from today's news reports I suspect Glorious may have grown weary of sparring with LittleGirlOf7 and has taken a sabbatical from the thread to resume his spat with Philip Schofield on Twitter.
