Classy wood-panelled keyboard there.

Gosh, haven't heard this one for a very long time. Liked it at the time but it sounds awfully generic 80s now

Blue Zoo ...this is the kind of tosh that Janice Long would've breathlessly gushed about on early evening Radio 1. Hasn't aged well at all.

This has had bugger all airplay in the intervening years. Perfect musical time-capsule.

It's another of those songs I usually only hear on the more obscure 80s compilation rips.

I have it on a compilation album from the day so I check it out every now and again.

I assume it was their last-ever album as well?

Hello pop-pickers.

Not the video for Heartbreaker that we normally always see.

Heartbreaker again. A good song but a bit too slow an interlude for TOTP.

I think I prefer this without a live vocal. Decent song.

You can see that dress hanging on the walls of any Tibetan singing bowl shop.

Good song by Blue Zoo to kick things off.

Not a big fan of Heartbreaker. Dionne wearing a nice pair of curtains

Dionne wearing her curtains for some reason.

I suspect my mother bought this Dionne Warwick.

And my grandmother, for that matter.

It's something she saw in a window and just had to have.

I remember at the time thinking 'Heartbreaker' was a bit out of place. I shouldn't have really, considering we had 'Zoom' and 'Starmaker' in the chart at the time. Mind you, at 13 years old, I thought Dionne was ancient!

It matches the aural wallpaper of the song

I believe the lead singer of Blue Zoo is called Andy Overall.

TBH I didn't realise Overall was a proper surname - I thought it was just the spoof name of the Julie Walters character on 'Acorn Antiques'.

Looks like a pretty chilled-out world as well.
