Nice of Weller to put Rick and Bruce up front for their last performance...or maybe they just took the front of the stage themselves!

By no means The Jams best song but best song of the night so far for me

Don't try to dance, Paul, you're too tall and lanky for it.

I'm convinced this is a different performance and backing track to last week's - maybe they did two takes and are using both?

Rather dismissive way of mentioning that the Jam are splitting up

Pretty poor episode, that.

Culture Club clobber on the audience member there just to rub it in that we didn't get to see them.

Hey? "Bloody tree" is okay this week when it had to be "cuckoo tree" before...

He looked a bit more assured singing "Bullfrogs are bullfrogs" in this one than he did in the last one, I think...I will compare them when I get the chance!

Well - with the exception of Blancmange at the end - a totally unmemorable show!!
I must've been out Christmas shopping when that was first broadcast as I have no recollection of it whatsoever!! 2/10 - & luckily I'm busy with the Christmas festivities not to dwell on it too much now!

I'm certain it's the same. I've watched it loads of times over the years.

"Progress" obviously occurred between 18th November and 9th December 1982.

Is that a Juventus badge on Kid's sweater?

First song of the night already better than anything in the previous episode.
