Bing apparently had no idea who David Bowie was when they recorded this.
Given how many drugs he was on at the time, it's questionable whether Bowie knew who David Bowie was...

I thought the BBC security was supposed to stop buskers getting into Television Centre.

Was this Incantation song meant to be a Christmas tune?

There's a bloke who plays this stuff on Romford's South Street about once a month if anyone's after a CD for £6.

This sounds like the re-done Ewok celebration song from the Special Edition of 'Return Of The Jedi'.

I was just going to mention that I'm in the process of rewatching Series 1 of The Fast Show.

Is this the first week they re-designed the studio with those elevated platforms? I always call them "balconies" although I don't think that's the right word actually. The presenters liked to stand on them during 1983 and 1984 to present songs and the camera would swoop underneath from the platform to the performance.

I'd rather like those guys to go straight back to the Chiswick High Road after that.

And this is how you don't do retro - a straight, but poorer-quality, cover version.
