Just the same as auditions, four buzzes and they have to stop performing.

Nothing, Unless they get four (very unlikely, think it's only happened once) then they have to stop as normal.

It used to happen very regularly in the semi finals in the first few series with just 3 judges, at least a few times a series. Then there were none in Series 4, one act got 4 buzzes in Series 5 (Simon, Amanda, Michael & David Hasselhoff) then none in the Series 6 & 7, Kony Puppets in Series 8 got 4 buzzes and none last series.

I can't see it happening with any acts this series, unless there's something that goes particularly wrong for one of the stunt type acts

BIB: I really don't think they will buzz any of the stunt type acts, the sound of the buzzer could be very dangerous!

That's what I mean though, if say the sword swallowing goes wrong, would they buzz?
