They had such good chemistry. Any one also think the set looks a lot more realistic and gritty compared to the set today which is quite glossy sometimes?

Fantastic acting and a briliant episode. Unfortunetly it just highlights how poor the show and its actors are these days. Will we be talking about Martin and his stolen toilets in 30 years time ?
What a waste to kill Angie offscreen. What a waste the way Dens comeback ended. Its a case of what could have been.
I think The Vic looked very much as working class pubs did in the 80s. Julia Smiths attention to detail was second to none though so its no surprise really.
