Of course she will, Being dead is no longer an issue in EE, How sad is it that it is now a fact that being dead in a show that is meant to be taken seriously doesn't mean you can't return playing the same character

Nick Cotton again, I bet your life when Dot ever leaves Eastenders in the future, I reckon Nick's ghost will appear in Dot's final scenes as she dies

Cindy returning when Lucy, Peter and Cindy were on Square would have been good. Add on Stephen then returning. The impact would have been massive. Too late now. It would have been a more realistic return than Kathy.
