All the bets I put on before it started have all gone.
My other half still has France to win with Griezman top scorer. Both have to come in though. |

All my goalscorers have fallen, with Gomez being almost literal. Poor Mario.
I've now got Germany to win (+ free £3 bets for every match they've won, so already profited from that) and Wales on E/W to win. If both win their semis it's been a handsomely profitable tournament for me, although I'd have traded in at least £2.50 to go back in time and not have that Iceland game happen. |

Do they still do player of the tournament or is it just golden boot?
If so, Payet got to be favourite, but I imagine it would normally go to a finalist... He doesn't seem to have been linked with any of the top clubs in any serious way, which is surprisingly. I've got Wales still for a good profit... Will probably lay it off if they make it to final |

Yep, Sky have got these odds for the best player:
Euro 2016 UEFA Best Player of the Tournament - Best Player Of The Tournament Dimitri Payet 3/1 Antoine Griezmann 4/1 Gareth Bale 6/1 Cristiano Ronaldo 7/1 Toni Kroos 8/1 Manuel Neuer 14/1 Paul Pogba 16/1 Mesut Ozil 16/1 Jerome Boateng 16/1 Renato Sanches 25/1 |

Although Neuer and Boateng (bar his moment of madness against Italy) have been outstanding as well |

I thought Ronaldo has left it a bit late, but if he dominated a semi and a final nobody would remember the five games that went before anyway.
I like Bale's chances if they get through and meet Germany, although aurichie is vomiting in his own mouth at the prospect. |

I would be in a similar state if Portugal were to win and Ronaldo took it.

For me, Ramsey has been the driving force of that team - not Bale (and I adore Bale)

Ramsey has definitely been Wales best player.

I'd layoff now. Wales are highly unlikely to beat Portugal.
I've just had my biggest bet of the tournament so far on Portugal to qualify at 1/2. |

The rest of the listed contenders:
Thomas Muller 33/1 Ashley Williams 33/1 Aaron Ramsey 40/1 Olivier Giroud 40/1 Ngolo Kante 50/1 Hugo Lloris 50/1 Kingsley Coman 50/1 Mario Gotze 50/1 Julian Draxler 50/1 Laurent Koscielny 66/1 Ricardo Quaresma 66/1 Blaise Matuidi 66/1 Joe Allen 80/1 Anthony Martial 100/1 Couple of odd inclusions there. They've included Martial in the hope that Batdude has a few quid spare. |

I still haven't quite mastered the 'remove emotion' part from this gambling malarkey, cannot hope for Portugal win in any way! .also I am greedy and want more profit than laying it now would give me
They are 8/1 now. I believe they were something like 80/1 - 100/1 at one stage? It is a tricky one to cover though if you "lay off" unless you are an exchange player where you can truly lay off. Cash out is a rip off on all betting sites. And there's not an obvious winner to cover Wales against. France/Germany could easily go either way, and Portugal will be more than capable of beating either of them with an extra days rest IMO. So the only way to cover really is to take Portugal to qualify but the odds are very slim. |

I got them at 40s after their first match. Did it on one of the exchanges, so would lay it off.

I had a tenner on Germany at 4/1 before the tournament started, so have been "supporting" them in every game which just feels wrong! I've had a £3 free bet for every game they've won as well, but the only one still standing is a minor safety bet on France to win it at 5/2 which I put on before their game yesterday so not a deal to come there if the Germans do bow out.
Had a couple of quid on Mario Gomez for top scorer at 25/1 which was a decent shout, not so decent after he didn't play the first two games but then he notched a couple to give him a chance before his tournament was ended by injury the other day. |

Well my bets on Germany and Wales to win the tournament are still going.
My golden boot bets are dead, unless Muller remembers how to score. |

Only ones I still have alive from pre-tournament are Portugal to win, Portugal/France final, and a late punt I threw on Griezmann for player of the tournament as I had a couple of quid left over in my account.
Tempted to cash out on the first two now - almost definitely will if Portugal win their semi. |
