The guy who spoke most seemed very confident,I thought they were poor, but last?

It just seemed lacklustre and slow paced, I did think they'd manage a bit higher though just out of the Welsh pride vote, but I guess that Mel and Jamie got that vote.

It came across as old fashioned ballroom dancing to a modern music track.

I thought it was very good. I don't really understand why it was so disliked.

They do that on Strictly all the time and it seems to work very well on there!

They did ballroom dancing to Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It). I think the problem lies right here.

It looked like someone in the sound department played the wrong song and the dancers just carried regardless. It just didn't fit was we saw on screen.

They were decent, but the overrated Stormtroopers already did a bit of Beyoncé.

If the show was on the BBC they would get through, As it is, the people who watch ITV have no interest in ballroom dancing. They only seem to enjoy singers and dancers

I don't watch Strictly as it's just not for me. However, I have seen clips and promos of it and I have to disagree, the dancing on that show is bang up to date versions of ballroom dancing. This act glided around the dance floor like the teams of ballroom dancers from the old "Come Dancing" days. I have also seen lots of couples dancing in that old fashioned (counting the time in their heads) floating around the room looking like they are more bothered about getting the counting right than enjoying the dancing!
Hope that clarifies my thoughts and opinions.

That lead guy's boasting was more entertaining than the actual dancing. Think that was the problem.

It was very very dull and didn't even have the underdog or so bad it's funny to gain votes

I agree - it was a very low energy performance compared to what we are used to seeing on shows like Strictly. The choreography was repetitive and unimaginative. The only thing going for it was the costumes.

Agree, very dull and just boring to watch!

Regardless what song they were dancing to they danced at exactly the same pace. The more uptempo the song the more downtempo their dancing became.

They could have been dancing to anything

I like strictly, I think it is modern. These were very old fashioned and dated.

Isn't that the point? The professional dancers on SCD set the bar so high. This was 'just more dancing'...
