I can't remember when Phil killed a security guard? He killed a homeless man in the fire he started at the car lot. Phil was also indirectly responsible for the deaths of Kevin Wicks and Dennis Rickman.

Roxy killed Emma - even though that was because Nick tampered with the brakes on the car.
Ian attempted to kill his half -brother (who turned out not to be his half brother after all) Simon Wicks so I think he should be on the list.
