FFS Peggy died a week ago but in EastEnders world, she died *yesterday* because it is still Martin and Stacey's wedding day. Phil is the only Mitchell who is grieving for Peggy but the rest of the Mitchells are not too upset that the matriarch, PEGGY MITCHELL ended her life after an agonising battle with cancer. No sad reaction from Ronnie and Roxy??? They thought the world of Peggy and accepted her as a mother figure. Shirley was more upset about Peggy than the others!!!

There doesn't even seem to be any mention of the funeral, nothing is shown in the spoilers, perhaps knowing Eastenders the funeral has already happened in a basement or the allotment.

Yes it's a bit bizarre Phil is the only one who seems bothered.

Its probably going to be Stacey and Martin's wedding day for the next month, would explain why the funeral is so far away from the death and they do love a dragged out day on Eastenders recently

Being Eastenders they probably aren't bothered as with all killed off characters they know she'll be back in a few years.

youve obviously not seen the same spoilers as I have

It is only the next day and thoughts are with Stacey and Martin today until events took hold in the Beales

Re-reading the spoilers it does look like the 1-2 days is spread out over nearly two weeks. So that probably would explain it all.

so both Eastenders and corrie are stuck in a timewarp this week!

I guess that Peggys death has essentially been storyblocked so they can deal with the bobster

Bobby killed Peggy's aftermath too. It's what she would have wanted.

What by not reacting at all? Even Phil seems okay now.

That’s so true. When I found out that my grandfather had died I was in shock and didn’t react in any way. I remained like this until his funeral a few days later then when his coffin was lowered into the ground it just hit me and I was a wreck.

Ronnie is to busy seeing who can look after Matthew next, she is planning the days, Roxy is to busy trying to have a poo poo, Grant doesn't know as none knows how to use a phone, Sharon and Kathy are trying to cover for Bobby despite the fact half the world know Bob is a psycho, Ben is to busy doing angry faces at everyone, and none gives a sh!t about Sam.
