I agree but I do think it's amusing how Bobby's confession - to the police! - Was basically disbelieved. What exactly does he have to do the poor kid to be believed? 'Dad, I've just killed another three people with a gun.' 'Nonsense Bobby! You're just a little boy, you're only 32! I know Max died three years ago but we'll just insist it was him. Problem solved.'

I was thinking that! They're actually a great cast of characters and they completely outshone the main cast in that episode.

Going by their previous form of solving crimes the mini series would end up lasting 8 series of 20 episodes. And they still wouldn't have solved the mystery at the end.

I get the distinct feeling they are trying to wrap this story up very quickly.
