Can you not just let it go mate about what i said about channel 5

You dont answer my question at all as your just presuming things...so maybe someone else can please!
4 posts in and an attitude already

You'll get on well here

There is next to nobody that can definitively answer your question unless the producers or someone involved with the show in some way comes on; educated guesses are as good as it gets but you aren't going the right way about getting any answer that's for sure.

You started it with your 'pedant' post

And just because you dont know, maybe their is someone that can answer it hence why i asked here!

Its just strange that they had a 90 minute goals on Sunday program and spent most of the time talking. Only showed the championship goals in a round up lasting 5 mins!! Was more like Talk on Sunday

Are we really going to do a you started - I started?

You then asked how to receive and record Channel 5; but the posts are there for all to see.

I gave you a plausible possibility why they don't show them, which I qualified with a "maybe". That is how forums generally work - discussion, speculation and debate.

I don't recall you stating you only wanted absolute definitive answers, and on this forum I'd be amazed if there's not somebody who could tell you but, as I said, your rudeness will not get you very far or encourage others to help you out

Some small clubs who won in theFL Cup are not going to like this

In the event that Liverpool are drawn at home in Round Two then they will be given special dispensation by the EFL Board to play the fixture at the opposing club due to the ongoing redevelopment work at Anfield.

If the draw dictates this is required then the EFL Board will determine a level of compensation to be paid by Liverpool to the opposing club.

New commitment to give 5 weeks notice to clubs, but Sky can break this if both clubs agree.

And even then the fan will still have to wait 3 days !!!

This explains the QPR jump the gun announcement on Monday morning

Not a single League Two game. Why don't the EFL auction off the rights for each division separately? Seems bizarre to me that there are far more Conference games shown live than L2.

They will probably save L2 for FA Cup weekends in January

Once again Sky have ignored League Two. The League One picks for 8th/9th October are particularly strange

I bet the police in Cardiff are delighted about Cardiff v Bristol City on Friday evening.

I don't think picking MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon from league one is "particularly strange."

So Burton v Liverpool looks a certainty for TV in the Round 2 of the EFL Cup. There isn't an obvious second pick, but maybe one of Luton v Leeds, Chelsea v Bristol Rovers/City, Accrington Stanley v Burnley.

Would guess Chelsea v Bristol Rovers/City, on the basis that Chelsea is going to entice viewers

But we need the big club away like Villa last night

Chelsea at home is not appealing

Agreed, I quite like the look of Stanley v Burnley. The latter may put out a changed team (it's sandwiched by Liverpool at home and Chelsea away), but that's true for any team.

That's surely because there are too many Conference games, not that there aren't enough League Two games. BT can show loads of Conference games because they have hours to fill, if Sky showed more League Two games they'd either have to be played opposite other live games or in weird timeslots where nobody would watch them, so you don't get a single extra viewer and inconvenience fans for no reason.

I bet the police in Cardiff are delighted about Cardiff v Bristol City on Friday evening.
If Sky have announced they're showing it in that slot, the Police are clearly happy with it being in that slot.

Burton v Liverpool obviously a cert.

Would say Luton v Leeds is next best. Given how well The Hatters did last night and the fact that Leeds games bring sky its highest viewing figures aside from the big 5 or 6 prem sides..

There does seem to be an unhealthy obsession with the police on these threads.

And trains. Let's not forget the trains.
